Most not all employees were rude and unprofessional, I’ve been to this McDonald’s multiple time In hopes that it would get better but it only got worse. I understand that mornings, lunch and dinner are usually the busiest time of day, but employees should be prepared for these times as well, which they totally are not. They never get orders right, then when You tell them that it’s wrong there’s always an attitude, especially from the manager. I didn’t know that McDonald’s is such a complicated place to work at! . Hi, would you like to try value meal! see not that hard! , how was your day today? See you again, not that hard,! thank you for choosing McDonald’s. Again, not that hard. Be professional, be courteous, appreciate what you do work hard, and in the end it’ll all payoff. And if you don’t Like what you do or people there’s always the ASPCA.

Tried to give them benefit of the doubt. To try again .order double big Mac no Lettuce.NO MEANS NO LETTUCE.NOT DOUBLE. THEN HAD TO WAIT FOR WRONG ORDER WHILE 5 CAR OF CUSTOMERS GOT THERE FOOD .THE CASH WAS VERY NICE. BUT GIRL HANDING OUT FOOD A REAL ATTATUDE. NEVER AGAIN I WILL DRIVE TO ANOTHER MAC DONALD IF I HAVE TO. DON'T THINK I WILL❗️

we did a mobile order since we only have so much time for lunch. times are to be 90 seconds to get through the DT.we went around the person because no one was speaking to us at the 2nd speaker. when we got to the 2nd window she was incredibly rude and didn't understand whatsoever. after we explained we did a mobile order she gave us our food but closed the door on us while we were trying to explain. terrible customer service. will never come to this store again. either the manager needs to change or the people do.called corporate they Said the manager would give a call back and never did. complete trash.

I ordered a burger combo meal with chicken and a frozen soda. The frozen soda was horrible and tasted like dirty brown water and, hopefully unrelated, i now have a good amount of throat pain.Also, I'm not sure if it is normal to not get a straw, ketchup, or napkins, but for my first visit, i received none of these.
