The chocolate cheese cake was exceptional. However, the pizza was surprisingly thick and had a doughy texture. The toppings were not baked into to slice, they fell off while eating. Finally, the pizza was served lukewarm instead of hot.

I order a chicken tender platter on January 2, 2025. I’ve order this platter on many of occasions, the gentleman that does the pizzas know my name. I’ve always got 5 tenders, I get home and there is only 4 tenders in the player and even less fries then normal. I called the store and the young lady said there should be 5 there and I said there is only 4, she puts me on hold and then comes back and said that it’s only 4 now as the tenders are bigger. These tenders are the same size that they have been for the last 4 months at least. I just order this same platter within the last 2 weeks.
I told her I will never come back. I’ve had issues over the years the last few years and they have fixed the problem, I don’t appreciate being told that the tenders are bigger and that’s the reason of only 4 when you know that is not the truth.

Today we ordered a large pizza with extra sauce and light cheese as we have done regularly for the last three years. We received a large pizza with barely any sauce & extra extra cheese on it. It was frustrating because it was $25 for a pizza that no one wanted to eat including my toddlers. But that wasn't the issue, the issue was when I called the pizzeria to tell them what happened and to see about getting a credit the girl I spoke to was rude, unapologetic and before quickly hanging up, she said they will send someone out in the morning to pick up the pizza and then we can get a credit. Very strange!!

I have been getting food from here for years and recently they have put soooo much sugar in their sauce, it is frankly inedible. Why would you change something that works… no more business from me.

This is one of my go two spots. The food is Always on the money, nice and hot. And the staff is friendly and works hard to deliver great food! Tonight I got the Crabcake for the first time, and It is delicious!
I really enjoyed the stuffed Rockfish platter today & my wife loved the crabcake platter she got , delicious

I ordered a small Italian cold cut, which normally comes with mortadella, cap, salami, provolone- I got basically a ham sub with onions and oil, no salami, no cap, no salami, a ham sub with onions and oil, I left without a fuss, threw nearly 90% in the trash, disgusting! Never ever again! Subway two stores up probably would have made a better Italian sub.

I'm in Riverside rehabilitation facility, recovering from a medical condition. My roommate and I have been craving pizza!!! We had a little pizza party 🎉. First time ordering from Riverside Pizza. It's very close by, and was a good call ordering from them! We got a mushroom pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The mushrooms were extremely abundant! Delicious! The other pizza was full of spicy and greasy pepperoni! That is not a bad thing! That's what quality pepperoni does! Absolutely delicious, and took care of our cravings!
