My husband accidentally ordered me a BLT instead of a BMT. It would have been ok except there was only 2 very thin slices. All I tasted was lettuce, tomato, and mayo. He ordered a cold cut combo. It was sloppy mess!!!! And the biggest problem is ordering online and going ahead and giving a tip before seeing your food. You did not deserve a tip for the mess that I got!!!

Soda fountain broken, forced to buy a single 20oz bottled Pepsi. They want to then charge us another $2.00 for a simple cup of ice, when their soda fountain is down!! 1.75 oz bag of Doritos was almost $3 on top of that. Ordered a foot long pretzel but was told that was discontinued!!!!! Not going to bother to comment further except to day whoever is running this franchise location needs a slap into reality!!

The sub artisans were very friendly and helpful. I wish they had gluten-free bread like some other locations do, but I was able to get the sub insides in a salad, and my daughter made her sandwich at home with her own bread.

Honestly this is probably the worst subway I have ever been to which is a shame because it’s conveniently right down the street from my house. The staff just don’t care and the sandwich’s are always terribly made. I don’t recommend going here and would drive out of my way to go to a different location. Especially since the prices for subway have increased.
The staff is ok I guess. They don’t speak or greet customers, but the heavy set lady at least looked up at me and answered a question that I asked her. I ordered the Elite Rotisserie bowl through the app with double meat and they did not add the bacon. Not a strip, not a crumble… None what so ever. I understand that mistakes happen. However, food is expensive and times are hard, so this isn’t ok. I wont utilize this location again. The parking and the surroundings in that shopping center are also horrible so I definelty won’t return.

I went to subway for a sandwich and end up not buying one. The vegetables looked old and the area was dirty. Two ladies working that day, one skinny look like she hates her jobs and the other overweight looks just dirty, very rude and nasty attitude on both. They made a nasty comment when I left. I will never, never, never buy from that store. Do not go to this store, drive to Aberdeen or Edgewood.

Honestly this is probably the worst subway I have ever been to which is a shame because it’s conveniently right down the street from my house.
