Great Food and Service

I had my wedding here last weekend and my guests as well as myself had a great time. Food was good. Staff was helpful with set up and clean up and checking in throughout the night and going above and beyond helping when needed. Guests really enjoyed the outdoor space for cocktail hour and the firepits in the evening and inside was totally comfortable with 140 guests.

The facility is beautiful, and the food is delicious. My wife and I enjoyed a recognition banquet here about a week ago. I only have two things that took away from our experience, and one of them may not be able to change. The restroom is large and very clean, but there only seemed to be one restroom. We were seated by the bar, which is the furthest from the restroom. I would have liked there to be a restroom on each side of the hall. The biggest issue that I had was dinner service. There was a woman who appeared to be in charge of a team that was yelling as she checked our order and as she directed her staff. I have been a server before, and this would have been unacceptable behavior from anyone on the wait staff.

This is a wonderful place to have a wedding reception. I can't say enough about the customer service, food, atmosphere, chef, servers and especially Joette and Duane. Everything was wonderful. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Joette, she was so attentive and accomodating. You can tell she loves her job and is very good at it. Duane was so wonderful on the day of the reception. He was so helpful and answered all questions. He was so nice to work with and showed great customer service. I have recommended Waters Edge to everyone that I know is getting married. Pricing is very reasonable.

I was there for a wedding.The location is beautiful. The food was mediocre. There was no beverage provided with the meal. Servers did not refill the water glasses from an urn in another room. Also, very limited inside seating. If it had been rainy or cold we all would have been bumping into each other during cocktail hours.

Easy load-in, easy load-out, plenty of parking, tons of electrical outlets, a very attentive staff all made for an exceptional evening and event for Fisher House. Looking forward to coming back next year.
