*Serviced by Ty.* After hearing her passionately tell students it was 315 & they needed to leave, Ty assisted me. I ordered BnC Classic, RB Classic x2, Jalapeno Slider, Small Crinkle Fry & Small Curly Fry x2. I was given few side cups w/ lids for the side sauces I wanted to take home (Horseradish & Spicy Pepper one is very tasty!) as well as extra sauce when asked for. Rang the bell, recommend the location.

I thought I would try this new Arby's cheesesteak and my goodness was I disappointed. This thing has nothing to do with the cheese steak and should not be touted as such. I love Arby's and I love their roast beef and all the other items on the Arby's menu but please please get rid of that thing that you call a cheese steak. You're in the wrong area to be making a cheese steak like that and that is a crime.

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants but I wanted to recognize this one. The person taking our order was super polite and friendly. I overheard the manager(?) talking to someone just hired about what was expected of them and when she would get them on the schedule. I was very impressed with her approach and attitude. No wonder her employees are so good. We got the Angus cheesesteak and the classic roast beef. The restaurant was very clean and food was delicious as always.

Tried to use the app 40 minutes before closing and I could've saved over 5 dollars but it said it was closed so I went to order from the drive through. I got here at 9:30pm and was told they close in 10 mins. Technically they don't close until 10pm. Was told they are limited on fries at the moment but when I was younger if a store didn't close until 10 it was open until 10pm. Not 9:30pm. I understand it takes time to clean up but when the store says it's open until 10pm, you should be able to order anything on the menu until then. If you came at 958pm I would understand but not a half hr before closing.

Upon ordering in drive thru older cashier was rude, confrontational and order was incorrect to what was requested. Need some customer service training and focus on orders being placed. Will not be returning to this location in the future especially now that “fast food” costs almost the same as sit down restaurant now.

I love the Fried Mac & Cheese Bites however on this particular visit I was highly annoyed once finding out the condition of my food!! MY VISIT WAS OCTOBER 11, 2024!
The employee was nice. He handed me my bag and stated that the Mac & Cheese bites were hot as they had just came out of the fryer. Well, to my surprise...once down the road and about to enjoy my food, THEY WERE BURNT!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I would like them replaced!! The condition of these Mac & Cheese Bites is totally unacceptable!!

The African American lady working night shift on Thursday November 14th approximately around 9pm must be fired for her attitude. She is not representing the best interest of the company, rushing her customers, being impolite and not knowledgeable. 0 patience and 100% attitude.
We haven’t been to Arby’s in years and probably won’t visit the location again.

Ordered chicken sandwich. Chicken was very old and hard, like chewing leather. Two bites and returned the sandwich to the manager. They would not refund. Manager was nasty and unprofessional. We were finally offered two (coupons). After leaving, we noticed the coupons expired 2/28/19. We've eaten at this Arby's before with satisfaction. The night crew is not qualified for customer service or food preparation.
