Simple order, 1/2 Roast beef with some sliced onions, Arby's & Horsey sauce. Received order, checked before leaving window. No sauces, waited till lady returned and eventually after waiting 3 minutes and after several people including the original server seen me waiting and just looking, Received the sauces.

Asked for lots of ice for my drink. It came with ice floating on . Ask the lady at the pickup window, she said sorry if you want more ice it's $ . 27. I only wanted what I asked for. So I paid the .27

The roast beef and cheese was not eat able. Too much salt. Had French fries also. Had to throw away. I did keep the fresh fries.

Horrible never go there the kid that took my order look like he was dying. My bun for my sandwich had mold on it. Then I got the meal which I thought fries came with the meal but at this Arbys I guess you have to pay extra for

We stopped for lunch at the Berlin, MD Arby’s on the way home from the beach and had a great lunch! The staff was fantastic and so kind to us - which was very helpful with a fussy baby in tow! Thank you for a great meal!

Don't particularly care for fast food but I was overly surprised about 2 things- The cleanliness of the place, as well as how super nice and hospitable the employee was ! Was shocked , seems to me few people care these days but they are doing it right.
