Good honest food, nothing fancy. One night I had scallops a la carte, good. Second night I had all you can eat crab & chicken & corn, good value. The waitress was good in explaining how to extricate the meat from the crab body. It was laborious but worth it. Good Assateague IPA on tap (made in New England!).

I live in Arizona but when I visit The Delmarva peninsula, I make it a point to eat here. A perfect start or finish to a day of visiting with the wild horses of Assateague!

The positive-our server was great (dark haired younger girl). My husband liked the clams and shrimp.
Food wise..maybe good for a tourist but being from here I have high expectations for crab quality. We usually go once a summer and aren’t impressed but we live close and wanted to give it another try. What we were served tonight was embarrassing. If you’re a crab house you should have the best quality fullest crabs and the ones we had barely had anything but in them and were almost questionable to eat. If you know you don’t have good quality ones that you’re proud to serve, take them off the menu for that night.

We went to Assateague Crabhouse for the first time tonight and it was delicious! No wait time. We got the Dinner for Two meal with snow crab legs, crabs, steamed shrimp, corn on the cob, steamed clams, and cole slaw. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server gave us timely service, always made sure our drinks were full, and checked on us frequently. They had a wide variety of drinks, but I got my favorite: Twisted Tea. We also stopped at the t-shirt shop on the way out and used the $10 off coupon they gave us during dinner. They had a wide variety of choices from tank tops to sweatshirts that included kids sizes through 3X. Will definitely be back!

The Sweet Tea was the best part. The server did good for being her second night on the job. The AYCE crabs were awful. They were so small there wasnt much meat in them. Not sure how there supplier got away with keeping such small crabs. The only way to get the bigger crabs were to oder by the dozen. Inwhich we didnt know about before ordering. We get better crabs where we live in WV (I am a MD girl).

Campers carry out order...The food is seasoned well and is adequate for a small group of people. I was disappointed that there weren't hush puppies. It was still so delicious. They sell clothing with their logo
