We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. My husband is an omnivore and I’m vegan, and we both were happy. There were four or five vegan options and I was amazed. I chose the Bao Buns with seitan and some lightly pickled vegetables. The glaze was perfect. And the serving was 3 sandwiches. So good!

Food- ordered porkchetta which came out a little over cooked/dryer. Service- Before we placed are order our waitress informed us that a few items were vegetarian and are trying to have them available for vegetarians. My wife asked the waitress for grated cheese for her entree and was informed there was already cheese on it, after asking my wife would like extra grated cheese she did bring a small dish with the grated cheese. Service could use some work waiting on patrons. Atmosphere- was comfortable but tables were a tad close to each other. A bit close to have much of a conversation without you neighbor having no choice but to overheard

I am in love with Blacksmith! This is one of my favorite restaurants on the Eastern Shore. I love the food, the decor, and the time and care the owners have obviously committed to making it a wonderful dining experience. Every meal has been outstanding. This restaurant has an absolutely delicious menu and charming outdoor dining patio. We went for lunch on a Monday and were blown away by everything on the menu. We started with a mushroom bisque that was so good. Entrees were a potato gnocchi with shrimp, artichoke & heirloom tomatoes and a Pork Belly, cucumber & scrapple sandwich on fresh local sourdough bread. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate torte. OMG we felt like we had gone to culinary heaven. Our server was very friendly and super nice. We can not wait to go back. Thank you for such a great lunch.

Went for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and this place was amazing! They have an entire vegan/vegetarian menu, and I couldn’t decide what to get so I just got two entrees haha. The Seitan Bao Buns were super good, and so was the vegan crab cake sandwich. The vibe is very cozy with indoor and outdoor seating, and Ben was fantastic! He was super nice and helpful, and it was very impressive how he could memorize all those specials haha. I will definitely be back!
