“This place is adorable! The staff were super friendly. You get a lot of food for your money. I got the yolk avocado toast and it was hands down the BEST avocado toast I have ever had. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.“

“We happened upon this place while checking out reviews of breakfast spots. We've been by there numerous times during the OC cruises, but never tried it. We really enjoyed our breakfast there Sunday morning! I had the "goin' bananas french toast" (really good, and lots of it) and my wife had the "avocado toast", which she loved. Met the owner and had a nice chat. Good food and made fresh. Will definitely return next cruise we attend. Highly recommend.“

“We placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and a chicken cheesesteak for takeout. The server provided friendly and attentive service, readily offering condiments. The food was prepared to order; however, I would request a higher degree of toasting for the cheesesteak on future orders. The cheese lacked sufficient melting, and the overall presentation was somewhat disorganized. Furthermore, the flavor profile deviated from my usual experience, possibly due to the absence of bell peppers or other customary condiments.“

“This visit to IHOP was in celebration after my son had finished a doctors visit which cleared him after a medical emergency. This was his request to eat here. This server brightened our whole day soon as we walked in with her smile , polite attitude, knowledge, and fast service. She truly had something special that made the meal a pleasure. Some of the other staff engaged as they passed by our table as well they were just as pleasant and engaging to us and all the customers present. I did not have one problem or hiccup in the service and didn’t notice problems at any other table. A Good experience. I appreciated the options as well I had a non meat meal Avi toast with two eggs. My Son Had A Pancake stack with eggs no meat as well .“
