Not the place for apple fritters. Basicly a Jelly donut with cinnamon in the dough with apple filling. Not even close to fritter. Tasted fine though, just a heads up for apple fritter fans out there.

Extremely efficient and fast. Our order was worth 48 dollars (so obviously plenty of items) and the lady taking our order was super fast and did not ask one question about any of the items. We recieved every single thing in our order, and correctly. Our food and drinks were out by the time we pulled up to the window. Food was all super hot and fresh. I have never experienced this in my life it was so amazing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Dunkin’ Location with Friendly Service and Great Coffee
I stopped by the Dunkin’ in Berlin, Maryland recently and overall had a really good experience. This location is conveniently situated right off the main road, making it an easy stop whether you're a local or just passing through on your way to Ocean City or Assateague.
Coffee & Drinks: The coffee was fresh and consistent with what you expect from Dunkin’. I ordered an iced caramel latte and it was made perfectly — good balance of sweetness and espresso. My friend had a cold brew with sweet cold foam and said it was one of the better ones they’ve had from any Dunkin’. The drinks came out quickly and were made correctly, which I always appreciate during a busy morning stop.
Food: I grabbed a bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant and it was warm and flaky, with the bacon cooked just right — not overdone or soggy. The hash browns were also hot and crispy, not sitting under a heat lamp too long like you sometimes get at other locations. They seemed to be on top of food prep here.
Service: The staff was friendly and efficient. The woman at the register greeted everyone with a smile and repeated orders back to make sure they were correct. The wait time was minimal even though there were a few people in line ahead of me. The drive-thru also seemed to be moving along at a good pace.
Cleanliness & Atmosphere: The inside of the store was fairly clean. Tables were wiped down, the floor was swept, and the drink station was well stocked with lids, straws, and napkins. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom could’ve used a little more attention — not dirty, but definitely looked like it hadn’t been checked in a couple hours.
Final Thoughts: This Dunkin' is a great stop for reliable coffee, friendly staff, and a quick bite. They seem well-managed and focused on customer service. With just a little more attention to restroom cleanliness, it would easily be a 5-star location. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Berlin!

Rude… bad customer service. Bad communication.. i have been to many of DD in many different states. Also why not give you your receipt and call your order number when completed. Instead your touching other peoples bags to see if its your order??? Ill go somewhere else next time.

okay so i have lived in this area for 2 years and at first it started out well but recently in the last 8 months or more either my food or my drink is wrong. Today I ordered the white chocolate signature drink and all i got was A large hot original coffee with three cream & sugar. I want to keep going here but it’s not worth it anymore when i’m paying for something i didn’t ask for over and over again.
