Rude… bad customer service. Bad communication.. i have been to many of DD in many different states. Also why not give you your receipt and call your order number when completed. Instead your touching other peoples bags to see if its your order??? Ill go somewhere else next time.

okay so i have lived in this area for 2 years and at first it started out well but recently in the last 8 months or more either my food or my drink is wrong. Today I ordered the white chocolate signature drink and all i got was A large hot original coffee with three cream & sugar. I want to keep going here but it’s not worth it anymore when i’m paying for something i didn’t ask for over and over again.

Ah was and is always so happy. I love her! He trultakes my day so much better. Rt 13 Salisbury,
when I came in today i was so excited to get food for me and my family, however our cashier, kaylee or something with a K was very rude, she threw my change into my hand, tossed the donuts at us, and when she gave us our drink quarter of it was gone… one of my favorite places to come but was not happy with my service!!!

Worst drive thru I have ever seen. Window attendant was rude in correcting us with the traffic pattern and the ordering window left us sitting in silence after we said we were there for a mobile pick up, and then ultimately lied to us that they found the order because we drove around again to be told they don't have it. It was definitely my mistake for ordering to the wrong place, but we spent an extra 10 minutes driving in a circle around this building because of the bad drive thru and inattentive staff.
