Went to dunkin this morning only had a 100 dollar bill and they wouldn't take it do to policy not because they didn't hv change they dont take hundred dollar bills per policy... really money is money they can even check if it's fake but won't take the hundred to pay for my food... very sad this is 2025 and people still do use cash....

Donuts were not 'fresh'. Getting stale. Iced coffee also tasted old or burnt. And I'm a regular at DD's so of course I'm comparing this to other locations.

One of the ladies was very rude and condescending! She was saying “what?” and “I can’t hear you in the passenger seat” to my husband (in the driver seat btw) while trying to ask a question about his order. Then I asked if I could change my iced latte to a hot one, she then say “we already made it but that’s okay” like what? I can try to understand that it gets busy and it was a mistake on my part but there was TRULY no need for that. I’ve never really had an issues with this location until now, it’s disappointing.

Awful manager. Older blonde woman. I work in the restaurant industry and get it can be hectic. Zero customer service, rude, misunderstood order and overcharged. No manners. As an adult by the way, should look into switching managers based on reviews.

Went through the drive-thru with the family. The employee was super rude. I understand job can be hectic, doesnt mean you should take it out on the customer. Zero customer service, may be train how to talk properly and then, train them about customer service afterwards. We were at the drive-thru around 3:50 PM on May 13th. We didn't even bother to order full order. Will never stop-by this location ever again.
