Service in this one is usually hit or miss, but this weekend was the absolute worst that I’ve experienced and will not be back. A lady who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude, not quite yelling but getting very loud, to the lady in line before me. When the lady left I stepped up to order and the manager simply walked away without saying a word. Rest of the staff was yelling back and forth between each other. Someone finally came to the register and then allowed a man who walked in to completely cut me off and took their order. Will be going to Ocean pines location from here on out

Went to Dunkin donut in Berlin Md at 7:45 and they don't close until 8:00pm saw the worker in there playing on their cell phone and they wouldn't acknowledge us.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Very rude to customers, and the amount of flies entering the drive thru window are insane. Take the drive to ocean pines for better service !

I'm traveling and I went inside to get a coffee in some donuts. And it took twenty minutes for the donuts when it wasn't even busy, i was the only one in there and no apology and he was so rude to me would not come back to this place!

Went to dunkin this morning only had a 100 dollar bill and they wouldn't take it do to policy not because they didn't hv change they dont take hundred dollar bills per policy... really money is money they can even check if it's fake but won't take the hundred to pay for my food... very sad this is 2025 and people still do use cash....

Donuts were not 'fresh'. Getting stale. Iced coffee also tasted old or burnt. And I'm a regular at DD's so of course I'm comparing this to other locations.

One of the ladies was very rude and condescending! She was saying “what?” and “I can’t hear you in the passenger seat” to my husband (in the driver seat btw) while trying to ask a question about his order. Then I asked if I could change my iced latte to a hot one, she then say “we already made it but that’s okay” like what? I can try to understand that it gets busy and it was a mistake on my part but there was TRULY no need for that. I’ve never really had an issues with this location until now, it’s disappointing.
