The server was as nice as could be. We ordered three "shareable" instead of entrees because if memory serves, there were only three, and there were a lot of shareable and we thought perhaps it would be a good way to sample one more item, this being our first time. The food was good, but not outstanding. The falafel was good, the tandoori wings quite good ( the tzatziki sauce accompaniment was bland and not very good), and the tuna ceviche was not very tasty at all and went unfinished. All in all just a so so experience for the price paid. Service was efficient and server as I said was very nice. We left not completely loving the place. There was live music in the bar, and we could hear him and he was good. In my opinion it would be a nice place to go for the bar and get a snack and a drink and listen to the music but for dinner it was not the best pick in town.

Delicious food and interesting tasty drinks as well. Brussel sprouts were outstanding, as were the tandoori wings! Staff was attentive but didn't hover. Prices were a little on the higher end, but we'll certainly be back.

We enjoyed a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The ceviche I ordered was excellent, and my husband's baked oysters were delicious. Our son raved about his salmon, considering it the best he's ever had, while our other son thoroughly enjoyed his cheeseburger with fried egg and bacon. The crafted cocktails were delightful, and we look forward to returning.

2/23/24 - Great experience! Our drinks were awesome and food tasted amazing. The atmosphere was comfortable and the decor appealing. Our server was attentive, kind, helpful and easy to talk with. We loved our first trip and are excited about returning!

Cool setting. Just went for quick apps with my husband around lunch time to hold us over until dinner. I have to eat gluten free so my options were limited, but there were a couple things that caught my eye! We got the Brazilian cheese bread, which was delicious. There are only 4 little pieces so it's not a large portion. We also got the crab guacamole which was great, but the portion size was very small for the price! Half of the bowl that it came in was filled with arugula. Would have liked a larger portion or at least the guacamole.

Was looking for restaurants in Berlin and this place got a 4.7 google rating so I knew it was good. The wait staff was swamped because it was "Restaurant Week" and short staffed. But everything was great and the place is laid out nicely.

I have gone here 3 times now because I really want to love it but all 3 times I've been disappointed by the food, the drinks & the service. Sat @ the bar all 3 times...but last night was by far the worst experience so won't be going back. French onion soup yummy BUT espresso martini un-drinkable, food took forever & order was incorrect & one meal completely forgotten (perhaps where they get their name) & when it did arrive, it was wrong. They did adjust the check so that was a plus but how can u serve a burger & fries w/no condiments & then when u do request them it takes forever & they give u about a teaspoon in a ramekin? If u wanna charge craft cocktail & food prices, u better step up ur game. Only savior was the atmosphere & the great couple sitting next to us.

TLDR: take a tiny trip off Main Street and GO HERE!As a tourist it’s easy to get stuck on Main Street, and while that’s the cutest part of town with the best shopping, your best sit down style meal is going to be a 3 minute drive out of the town center, just past burley oak at the forgotten 50!It is a hidden gem not so much that it’s hidden, but you would not suspect such a classy, funky joint across from the food lion.Nonetheless, whether you’re looking for shareables, burgers, salads, or drinks, you will be satisfied! Everything on the menu looked delicious and the craft cocktails are divine. They cost about the same as the cocktails in town, but they are made with inhouse spirits (or top shelf) and crafted with love, creativity, and pride.Food: we got the crab guac and the ceviche - the guac was a bit expensive but you’re paying for the crab.. my suggestion is a hit of old bay in the crab and/or the chips OR tajin.. the dish needed a bit of acid, salt, and heat and the chips could’ve been made more interesting, but the portion was good and the ingredients were fresh. The ceviche was ? ? so yummy! Perfect!Drinks: cherry gimlet was delicious and I would be keen to try the BYO Spritz options. They have a decent beer and wine selection but the cocktails are where it’s at and they do seasonal variations which makes it feel extra special ✨Service: they seemed like they could’ve use another bartender because she was literally sweating (and I kept my coat on). With her being in charge of drinks for the whole house and taking food orders for the bar, she seemed a bit underwater, but she was friendly, made small talk, and made excellent drinks nonethelessParking: Large gravel lot onsiteWheelchair accessibility: Large parking lot and two entrances

This is not casual dining, it is craft service on a level that is rare. From the food quality to the presentation, the time and care put in to the craft cocktails, to quality of the house liquors. I can not express enough the care and thought to a fine dining experience. 10/10 recommend checking out Forgotten 50!
