So, I came here for lunch and as soon as we walk in (my family) we waited two minutes for someone to seat us, and the woman groaned, practically whined when she had to seat us. When we ordered our drinks, it took way too long, and my Dr.pepper tasted like a cherry slushee. The only good thing was the food. The floors were filthy, much as everything else, including the woman’s restroom. The MANAGER yelled at an old man, the waiter slammed our food and drinks on the table. Not the best IHOP I’ve been in ever, the worst.

I have not even received my meal and I am writing this review. Never have done that before. This location is an absolute pig sty. Garbage on the floors, I cleaned tables, our table was sticky, and the men’s room was disgusting. Should be walking out right now.

PS to the owner: Don’t even respond to my post like you do to others. Just clean the place.

We stop by here when on vacation at ocean city. Food has always been good the times we’ve went, maybe like once out of the few times we’ve gone has the food not been good. The best server we’ve had is Chelsea! She’s very nice and on top of making sure everything is good or if we need anything.

Came in with a group, ordered at 10:30 by 11:15 no waitress, no updates, no food, no refills. Waitress, Mia, was in the corner talking completely avoiding us. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. The service was lacking, the food didn’t meet expectations, and the restroom was unclean and missing basic supplies like toilet paper. I wouldn’t recommend this place—you're better off grabbing something from the McDonald’s nearby.

Food terrible. Kid chicken tenders burnt. Pancakes were under cooked and raw in the middle. Forgot the cheese in the eggs?

Hot food, quick service and friendly waitress. Scrumptious food 😋. All 8 of us were stuffed.

Gave 1 star in atmosphere because women's restroom was slippery like its being mopped with a greasy mop. Stalls were easy and stinky and trash cans was over flowing. That's a pet-peeve alot of bacteria lingering eww.

The good thing about this restaurant is that it was open. Everything else was disgusting. The doors, tables, chairs, and floors were filty. Trash cans smells we no trash liners. And may I say, this was at 8 am in the morning. Several patrons actually got up and walked out, as did we. This was the worst and dirtiest IHOP I've been in.

When we arrived we were seated quickly the guy only has 3 tables and skipped over us it took someone in my party to finally get a waitress from another section to take our order she was friendly apologetic for the wait. I would recommend this location to anyone.
