It was totally busy there and we had a 10min wait, which wasn't bad. But it took forever to get our food and then we had to ask for silverware to boot.. I didn't get cream with my coffee as requested.. shewww IHop, yall gotta do better than that! Other locations are never like this!

Hours for Friday night says they close at 12. We were staying in Pokomoke City(drove 4 hours to get here) and drove almost 40 minutes to Berlin because IHOP was supposed to be open. Got there and all lights were off. Wasted an hour and 20 minutes just driving with 2 very hungry kids. Seems like they could either adjust hours on Google or actually stay open until the time it says.

Just tried to go here for lunch. We sat down, opened our menus, and then heard the loudest domestic dispute I've ever heard in public in my life, emanating from the kitchen. I took my wife and daughter out of there immediately, as the environment no longer felt safe. The fight was continuing as we left and could be heard through the entire restaurant.
Not the best experience…food came out cold so we had to send it back. On top of that, it didn’t taste the best. We were hoping to get our favorite server Mia, but she wasn’t working. This is probably the second worst experience here; first under this new management.
this ihop is the best ihop i have ever been to in my entire life, the service from Britt was phenomenal and made my entire year fr. will definitely come back every single night.
Food tastes like it was reheated. The restaurant needs an update. Some seats are ripped. Not very clean. I'm not returning here.
I use this as a reward for school weeks each week so spend a few times a month here and I have yet to have a bad meal along with service

The food came to the table rather quickly and was hot. The server was very helpful, polite, and did not rush the order. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing.
The food was delicious and the employees are very nice and ouderstanding
