Always get the original Italian. It's a great sub. The staff are always efficient, friendly, and polite.
First time I've had a sub since I was diagnosed with celiac. Absolutely wonderful staff! They wiped down EVERYTHING my sandwich would come into contact with. Dedicated gluten-free knife, mayo, and sub roll! Will return to Jersey Mike's when I want a sub!!!

Last night I visited the Berlin store for the first time. All four people I interacted with were smiling and helpful even though busy. But the star is the man working the griddle! I require gluten free and this is the first cheese steak I have had in years! Toasted bun filled with deliciousness! I watched him make it he was careful and protected me. Wish I knew his name to thank him. But hopefully he sees this! Thank you!

We placed our order and the guy sliced out meat and placed it on our hoagie roll then slid it to the side . It never moved from there and had flies crawling all over it . I'm not paying $17 for a hoagie that had flies all over it when there's 8 people standing there doing absolutely nothing so I walked out. Fox's pizza is right across the street. Got food there .
