Let's see...the drive thru worker spilled a 1/2 cup of just brewed coffee on my 67 yr old mother at the window in the drive thru. the girl just stood did there and did nothing. my mother has to continue to put cream on her hand. the person didn't say sorry, didn't even offer a new cup of coffee. NOTHING. Just stood there. So my mom calls the store this morning to tell the manager, and only because she didn't want anyone else to get hurt, the managers response was 'OK, And'...!?!??!?...read full review
