McDonald's is McDonald's. Food is the same as usual, staff is friendly and on-point. Seem to be a little slower when not picking up an online order but that is okay. Definitely double check your bags with this store as I've driven away without sauces for nuggets and fries before.

Food was terrible. Everything cold and sloppy burger too much mayonnaise roll with split in half everything fell out. French fries were soggy and just slightly warm. I was going to bring the nuggets home for my doggie they were so dry and cold that I just threw everything out I don't do fast food much so I was disappointed it was supposed to be a treat.

Kiosks don't work, they won't deliver food to your table. And it's loud in there so you can't hear when they call your number. Cleanliness is eh.

It's McDonald's and not 24 hours out of season. Not sure about the other ocean city island location. But there was plenty of parking and did not hassle me about staying in the lot for a long time. And they have free wifi and a public bathroom when lobby is open.

Asked for the Quartet pounder plan and they gave us it with everything on it… my large sweet tea tab was already peeled which is why I get McDonalds so that was kinda upset…I really like McDonalds and by far wasn’t a good experience. The lady that took my car closed the window and ROLLED HER EYES like come on. I really enjoyed it last time I was here.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. 6 times I've been there just to get my order wrong 6 times. And when I called to have them try and FIX IT all they could do was hang up on me. So I will make it my goal to tell everyone I know about this.

Ocean Pines McDonald's used to be the best run in the area. Since covid, all of the good managers are gone, they are severely understaffed, and we avoid it whenever possible. I feel bad for the overworked employees there. Corporate needs to get that place back on track.

Ordered a Caramel Frappe & was told machine was down. Ordered a special off the value menu and was told it was no longer available. Pointed out it was listed/shown still on the menu and had to request a manager. Food and atmosphere were good.
