Ocean Pines McDonald's used to be the best run in the area. Since covid, all of the good managers are gone, they are severely understaffed, and we avoid it whenever possible. I feel bad for the overworked employees there. Corporate needs to get that place back on track.

Ordered a Caramel Frappe & was told machine was down. Ordered a special off the value menu and was told it was no longer available. Pointed out it was listed/shown still on the menu and had to request a manager. Food and atmosphere were good.

I wanted to share my recent experience at this location. After eating a McChicken, I became sick, and I’m certain it was the cause since it was the first meal of my day. Upon further observation, it seemed like the regular McChicken was served under temperature, whereas the spicy version appeared to be cooked to order.
Please ensure that all food items are properly temped before being served to customers. Food safety is so important, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It used to be one of the better McDonald's to go to. Now the employee's argue over whether or not they put sauce in the bag, they consistently make and pack orders incorrectly, they have sour attitudes and the food quality has decreased so much that I have stopped going here. The food comes out cold, hard, stale, messy, thrown and smashed into the bags. Unfortunately the management of this location have lived up to McDonald's reputation of the lowest quality garbage you can buy and on top of that you have to argue with everyone just to get your order correct.
As far as McDonald's goes this one has great teamwork and customer service, who ever trained this staff needs recognition. ???

I placed an order on Saturday and was missing a few items so then I called the store and spoke to someone who put my name on a list to receive the missing items… Today I went by the restaurant and was told they didn’t put my name down to credit me any missing items. Unprofessional and unwilling to provide great customer service. I spend a lot of money here but going forward will be eating elsewhere. Don’t go here if you want to receive all your food.
