Outstanding first experience! Thin crust veggie pizza delivered by DoorDash was hot and crisp. Full of fresh tasting vegetables. Chicken parmesan PapaBites were also delicious, laid out very nicely in a small box, not just heaped on each other. My son waited over a half hr waiting at the counter because the guy said he was busy he finally asked him at 836 what he needed and when he went to place a order he said they stop placing orders at 830, I'd give them no stars if I could, whoever worked night on 10/18/23 thanks im going to pray you get canned every night

Don’t waste your time. Ordered online for in store pickup. Once I got to the store I waited 12 min and no one was in the store . No personnel were visible for 12 min . Finally a guy comes out and says it wasn’t even started and printed out multiple orders. Waited another 25 min to finally get pizza. Pizza was ok. Nothing special.

I worked there they don't use gloves when making food never wash hands you just never know and I used to love eating here till I saw how food was made

I ordered pizza and wings for me and my kids.they had door dash deliver my order only for them to deliver it to the wrong address so I called the store and spoke with the person that was working at papa johns and he told me that he was going to call door dash to see where my order was. So after waiting for 30-40 minutes I called back to the store and the guy finally answered and said that door dash had delivered my food to the wrong address so it was nothing he can do but refund me my money. SMH so me and my kids had no pizza and wings.
Please do yourself a favor. Avoid this place at all costs. I understand it’s “fast food” pizza. I wasn’t expecting the best pizza in the world. But for god sake, i wouldn’t feed this pizza to my dog. Regret even finishing the 2 slices, because you’ll feel like garbage for the rest of the night.

They said they were out of plates, they wouldnt even sell us a box or give us one so my 6 year old could have something to eat off of. I asked for the manager the women at the counter told me she was the manager. I then asked for corporates number, she replied its on the receipt.. then never gave a receipt.

Bad customer service, slow ,snails pace slow, cooking. I will never, ever use this papa John’s pizza again. I don’t know what the alternative would be but I’d rather go hungry than to waste $40 on two pizzas , drive 20 minutes to pick it up , wait 25 more minutes for cold greasy pizza’s.

Won't honor a coupon they gave me. Delivery takes an average of 2 hours. She said this store doesn't take them and has their store phone # on it. They gave it to me the last time my order took over an hour to drive 3/4 mile. Truth is they can't do better they did worse.

Tried to order a specialty 5 topping pizza they wanted to charge extra to have half plain cheese. Everytime you go to order from them you get the run around on specials so they can charge you a crazy amount of money for for a custom pizza. Poor customer service and over priced pizza equals no customers. Bye bye
