Long story short- this place is usually great, but there are some days you go in and the service isn't up to what it usually is. Normally, for alternatives/allergy changes to bowls, a sticker will be placed on the lid to mark that the bowl has the correct and safe ingredients. We got takeout this afternoon and the person putting in the order was told it was a gluten allergy, was given the alternative, and then acknowledged the order. When the food was brought home, the bowl I had ordered didn't have a sticker or writing to indicate it had been done correctly.
Idk, I really like this place, but this is the second time this has happened. I'm now out 20$+ for food I wasn't able to eat from this place because I can't risk it not being made properly.

I got an Açaí Playa bowl. After I talked to the young lady behind the counter, she gave me her opinion on some fresh cold pressed juices. I ended up buying 3 of them. So, so good!
