The pistachio ice cream was fabulous! And the young man who served us was friendly and thoughtful. We'll definitely return when we're back in the area again!
Good homemade ice-cream. The kids loved it. There's an outdoor area to sit at with benches. There are umbrellas covering the seating areas.
PopCe’s is a must have while in Ocean Pines. My family always gets a delicious ice cream when we visit and they never disappoint! Quality ice cream and great service.
My husband liked his ice cream but said service was horrendous. My brownie sundae was a disappointment. The vanilla ice cream had a coconut flavor and the brownie was so hard I couldn't cut through it with my spoon. Brownies are not supposed to be crunchy. ☹️
We all had great ice cream and floats.
Literally the best ice cream I’ve had in the area! Their waffle cones taste amazing also! I had the lemon Oreo flavor which was uh-mazing. Such a unique flavor!
Great icecream and service!
Ice cream is very good. Tons of flavors. Not enough personnel. Wait was long and it was hot outside with mosquitos buzzing. Def need more people filling orders!
I chose seasonal flavor, caramel fudge ripple, after tasting a sample. It was so creamy and delicious. The waffle cone was good, too. I highly recommend this local gem.
Sadly, though we'd heard glowing reviews, we were not fans. The dairy free options seemed to use banana and coconut oil heavily, which was unexpected for the flavors we ordered. Had this been advertised, we wouldn't have gotten those flavors. I got mango, which coconut and banana could pair with easily, but it was so coconut flavored that it threw everything off. Mine also had chunks of what I believe to be frozen coconut oil, which made it impossible to enjoy, and I threw it away after only a few small bites (that all had those dry, crumbly cocnut oil clusters). My wife threw hers away, too, unfortunately (I forget which flavor she ordered, but it was a non dairy flavor as well). Neither kid liked their flavors of regular ice cream, either. They were really bummed because we'd heard such good things. Maybe we went on a bad day? Hard to say, though, when all 4 flavors weren't good.

Brownie sundae was tiny compared to dumsers. Drove out of the way to come here and sadly was not worth the ride.
My wife and I love ice cream and had been wanting to try this place for awhile. When we pulled up and saw the line I knew it was going to be good and boy was it worth the wait. You can tell this ice cream is homemade and made with love. Creamy and absolutely delicious. This is the best ice cream in OCMD. To make the night even better the owner Bob was there and took the time to introduce himself to my wife and I. He is a very kind, loving and nurturing man who cares not only about his business but his customers as well. This place is a must visit when you are in OCMD for sure. Can’t wait to make memories with our two grandkids at PopCe’s!
