Ruth's Chris Steak House

Ruth's Chris is always my son's ask for his birthday dinner and they never disappoint! The service and meal were superb, as always. The only minor (very minor) issue was the noise level, as we were seated near the bar area. It was not super noisy and it is to be expected on a football Sunday as well as the MLB playoff game. That will certainly not hinder us from coming back.

Waiter and service was great and attentive. Food wasn't horrible but could've been prepared a lot better. I noted on the reservation that this dinner was for a special occasion (5 year anniversary), but no decorations were on the table like all other times when we arrived. The broccoli was burnt and overcooked, lobster mac did not taste as fresh as usual and bone in filet wasn't as flavorful as it should've been. Overall the food was just okay, but for a fine dining experience i expected better. We were seated right in front of the kitchen and could see right to the back area. Waiters were always coming by and trying to be of assistance.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The food, service and ambience are perfect and being so close to OC it's only about 30-minute drive from the Bethany/Fenwick area. It's located in beautiful Glen Riddle and has an interesting history. The service is impeccable and the food is always outstanding and creative. I highly recommend the ahi tuna appetizer, and my husband loves the seafood and perfectly cut steaks. We'll definitely be back!

The steaks for all of our party were tough and one had to be sent back. The plates seemed to be smaller than normal, the mushrooms were different that those we were accostume to. these were in some sort of gravy and were very small. These were not up to the Ruth's Chris standards that I have been used to. Also, when the wife ordered her drink we were told that they did not have it and then when she did place a replacement order, we were told the blenders were not working. Also, it seemed that the staff were in a hurry to see us depart. Overall, this was not a nite that I would like to have repeated.

Usually a great experience here, but at 6:30 on Saturday night it was quite crowded and I think our party was lost in the shuffle as our waiter disappeared on us after our food was served and the steaks were served without the usual sizzling (which is their signature) and mashed potatoes cold. Restaurant to their credit did discount our meal and offer free dessert which was unexpected and much appreciated. We are regulars here and food and service is usually top notch, so I am giving them a pass here as everyone is entitled to a bad night.

The former stable is a unique and interesting venue. While the food quality was decent, the professionalism of the staff is lacking. It didn't help that we were seated in the Nascar 500 section— we moved one table away from the service alcove—but was still a major distraction and disappointment. With NYC prices, our expectations of the overall dining experience were not met. There are much better places to dine in the area, with better food options and much more engaging and helpful staff. Won't go back.

As far as the food everything was delicious with the exception of the au gratin potatoes. I felt that the cheese was just thrown on the potatoes. Not appetizing looking at all

Food is a uniformly delicious. Our waiter was great. We laughed about the fact that it took 3 tries to get a wine we wanted. Always love going here.

The dinner was amazing we were out in the “piano” room which looked out on the golf course. The service was excellent we had 3 servers constantly at our table checking on us and seeing if we needed anything. The history behind the building was very interesting and all of the service staff knew the history. Food was fantastic we got the crab cakes, salmon, filet, side of au gratin potatoes, banana crème pastry and an apple pie tart it's was fantastic. It was expensive but we expected that. With tip it was close to $275

Always an amazing meal at this location. Andrew is an excellent server!! Steak is always made to perfection! Cajun Butter sauce was incredible! Can't wait to go back! We have been twice in a month!

Always have a fantastic experience at this location. We come here for every anniversary & will continue to do so for as long as we can. Great steaks, cocktails, and staff. We were greeted at the door initially with smiling faces who were excited to wish me and my husband a happy anniversary. Then we were given the best service experience from Gabe, whom we will request as our waiter when we return. BBQ shrimp platter could be more fulfilling for the price but still delicious. Filet & Lobster special 10/10. Upgrade for the garlic butter for $5.. worth it! Lobster mac always a 10/10, brussels sprouts we could have passed on. We were treated to a homemade cheesecake for our anniversary which was delicious. Thank you for a great time!

First time and I was blown away by the quality of the food but even better than that was the service we had while enjoying a beautiful, delicious, amazing dinner. I can't remember his name, older gentleman at the Ocean City location. He was the best part of the whole experience and he probably doesn't even know it! Id give 10 stars for his service! Everything was top notch!

I want to really give kudos to Mr Darren and Mr Gabe. They made the experience pleasant and welcoming. Mr Darren handled a customer complaint very well and I made sure to tell the GM. I will be returning.

My husband and I came here for the first time
And our waitress was Samantha. She took great care of us, was super nice and kept us informed on everything whether it was specials, updates on our food, good dessert choices, wine choices. Definitely set the bar high, and we plan to come back for another visit
