My husband and I both ordered steak sandwiches tonight for dinner. By 11:30 we were both getting sick. The kind of establishment that serves bad meat and advertises fresh should be shut down.

I walked in to order a sub and the guy working there was emptying the garbage in the lobby. I'm thinking he was the owner. He walked directly behind the counter after emptying the garbage and made my Sub. He never washed his hands. He did put gloves on but unacceptable. Did you really think a customer would not notice this unsanitary procedure. I will never patronize this establishment again. December 7th,2025

Sign on the door indicates the store opens at 10am. Stopped at 10:05 and the door was locked. Peeked inside and not a soul in sight....no indication it would be opening anytime soon. Correct your hours or be open when you advertise you are open.

I had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong sub but the young man working told me coupon is only good for online orders. I read coupon and it says if ordering in person show $6.99 coupon before ordering. I told him the coupon clearly says can be used with takeout or eat in. I was so frustrated I asked for a manager. He said no one else was there. He didn’t have number for me to contact anyone. This use to be my favorite Subway but not anymore.

Time posted on website and door states 9 PM is closing time however we arrive at 8:50 and are told he is already closed. Sign on door was also lite up OPEN. Why advertise open when you close whenever you want.

The girl that was working Tuesday june 18th at 830pm.. She has no business working there. She left 4 customers including myself in the store alone to run outside because her boyfriend was getting arrested. I ended up leaving after I went outside and was listening to her cuss at the cop. I have TRIED calling the store multiple times and no one responds. That is VERY unprofessional for her upon the business. VERY VERY disappointed.
Overall this subway is usually very good. But on occasion they serve old stale bread. Better to ask for fresh soft bread before they make your sub.

Don’t order online if you want your order correctly made. Good thing I’m not allergic to lettuce. I don’t eat it on subs, but it somehow magically appeared on it. Paid for bottled drink, lady said I couldn’t get it and I had to get a size small fountain drink.& Last online order, I didn’t get the extra cheese on the online exclusive Philly.

The bacon was NoT cooked. The green pepper was not chopped. The bacon says crispy!! I usually love Subway. I was trying a new sandwich with steak. I did call and tell them and they offered me another sub. I assumed the onion and peppers would be cooked too but they are raw.
