Went to Oaked At The Globe on Wednesday 10/8. It was karaoke night, lots of fun. We didn’t sing but everyone that did had a great time. The DJ was awesome. Chazz makes a great Orange Crush! I have had them at a lot of places in the area but his are the best! Definitely come by for the food, we haven’t had anything here that wasn’t delicious.

We ate outside at the Tiki Bar which was a great setting! The inside has lots of atmosphere as well. The service was friendly and the food was good. We had fried fish sandwich and Cobb salad. I would not reorder the crab dip appetizer just cause I prefer more crab flavor- it was best scooped with the chips!

Unique establishment in an old theater. The boss was very friendly and took obvious pride in his place. Food was well prepared and reasonably priced.

Terrible food, dirty kitchen. I knew we should have turned around and left when I saw a bunch of dry goods piled up by the kitchen entrance and a mountain of dirty dishes waiting to be washed. For some reason we stayed anyway. I had a fish sandwich that was truly inedible. Seemed more like a piece of leather on bread. My husband ended up with a mediocre crabcake for just under $30 and the wrong beer from what he ordered. Do not eat here.

Nice relaxed atmosphere with live music and reasonable prices. Staff was friendly. My wife and I had the smash burgers and a hushpuppy as an appetizer it was great!

My husband and I and our guests stopped in this past Saturday afternoon for a bite, and we have to say that our food and our service were both topnotch! We had the Smash Burger Fries and Old Bay dry rub wings. Clearly, the wings were the best that we've ever had! The fries were delicious, too, but Oh, those wings were awesome! We've passed the Globe several times when shopping in Berlin, but after trying them out on Saturday, the Globe will now be a destination! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Stopped by last Saturday at noon for lunch. It was noon,we checked the posted menu outside and wanted to give the Globe a try. Waitress gave us brunch menus, which we thought was odd….brunch on Saturday? Told her we were hoping to order off the non-brunch menu. She was super nice and told us they stop brunch at 1…..it was noon…she figured the kitchen could easily accommodate us….she came back and told us unfortunately she was told the cook wouldn’t make non-brunch food before 1….she told us we would have to come back at 1. There were no other customers in the Globe….we were it…..we walked past the open kitchen on the way in and on the way out….nothing being made…..but they wouldn’t make us lunch until 1. We left and will never give them another try until the next owner takes over, which based on our experience, might be sooner than later.

Excellent dinner last night. My husband had the meat platter which was tasty and plentiful. In fact, he'll have leftovers for a day or two. My risotto was awesome.
