I orderd 2 double mushroom and swiss burgers and a regular plain hamburger. The 2 mushroom swiss burger were $8.38. The hamburger, she charged me for a cheeseburger and argued with me and said it was plain. Why would a plain hamburger be more than two preimium burgers? I still have the burger to return, it wasn't for me. But I won't be going back, I really used to like this place, but not lately, its been hit or miss.
10.30.25 - I replied to the owners response and never heard back. Needless to say, I can get a burger anywhere, but it won't be here.

My experience was horrible at checkers from greenbelt the store manager was being disrespectful to her customers and was yelling at me for no reason , I will never come back.

Absolutely disgusting food they sent via Door Dash. The chicken sandwich was burned, dry, and looked like it was sitting out for several days. Same with the fries. Never again, you all just lost a lifetime customer for the negligence. Hope you all get inspected and they close you all down.

Absolutely skip this one especially if you are going up to the walk up window instead of using the drive through. The food I and my party got was not up to the typical Checkers quality. On top of this the service was horrendous. My order came out before the people who ordered before me which is weird. But the rest of my group? We waited and waited. I had finished my food and went back up, they said they forgot what the rest of my group ordered. Then, the additional order I put in came out before theirs which they had ordered at least 20 minutes ago. On top of that their order came out wrong and I had to go back up to the window to get it resolved. Have I had worse experiences? Yes. However this is the worst checkers experience I have had.

The night manager needs to check her attitude. She was rude and dismissive. Closed the window on me mid sentence. Probably won’t go there again!

Placed order through Door dash...arrived in a timely manner, minus my onion fries, with cold burger and warm apple pie. Trying to talk to someone about the absence of part of my order was fruitless. No more Checkers for me.

Ordered & paid online. At drive-thru was told they did not have my order. Showed girl my phone with the confirmation. She re- submitted my order & said would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon returning was again told they did not have the order. Girl I originally dealt with would not speak to me. She just stood there talking with another employee. All 3 employees were rude. I obtained a refund online. I will never return to this Checkers again

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a food place. Three people there and only one person working. Person that took my order kept purposely messing my order up and it was weird. 100% don’t recommend this location. Terrible atmosphere….they need a brand new manger and team members

Didn’t want to give them my money so I went next door to the KFC and got some great food and haven’t ate there in years.

Dawg. I rarely do reviews but.... Damn this food was the worst food I ate ngl, if I was you id go to Wendy's and get a biggie bag cause here the sandwiches are small and 21 bucks for 2 large meals that are not even bigger than mcchickens...

So order was placed on online app I was told to go to the other drive through window which is for the passenger to pick up food. I do not have a passenger to grab the food. Also they were very rude about telling me to go to the other side they don’t have any visable signs saying this until your already pass it. Secondly if I place an online order my food should be ready. Please tell what is the difference between placing an order in drive through and waiting for food or having an online order that is supposed to be ready. And all the smart remarks are not needed by the employees
