The worst place to go eat or buy any type of food. I went there and ordered two meals. I clearly requested for both meals to be without onios, tomatoes or pickles. I went home and both of the meals have all those things. The person who sold it to me was a very rude and unprofessional person. I clearly stated to her that I was allergic to this things. Her name is Katherine and the check number is 20139. Im definitely filling a lawsuit against them.

I love checkers, but tonightâs (10/27/24) experience was insane. I placed my order ahead of time with the app. I saw 3 employees: 1. The youngest of the group, 2. The one working like crazy and making food, 3. The one taking out the trash. I pull up to the drive thru and 1 tells me to come to the window. I pull up, I wait about two minutes and she comes to the window and tells me to go all the way around to the other window. I do so. I sit at that window for another two minutes as I watch 1 go out the door past 3, hand food to a guest up front and then walk to the drive thru liquor store window next door and talk to their employees for over five minutes as I am forgotten. Employee 2 works like crazy to finish up with the guests at the walk up window. After the five minutes Employee 2 comes to the window and asks my name (which I had given 1) and finally starts my order (which I had placed 10 minutes before I arrived). Right before she hands me my food employee 1 comes walking back over finally and reenters the building. Employee 2, you were absolutely wonderful I shouldâve asked your name but I was tired from work. Thank you for doing both yours and 1âs job.

I love their fries and milkshakes. I can't really rate the rest of the menu because I haven't tried it. The staff are usually really nice and patient. My orders are always correct and they move you quickly thru the line. As usual all seating is outside under awnings but I've never eaten there.

First time visiting and was very displeased with CUSTOMERS SERVCIE. I think items being listed on the receipt mean those are what belong to that order. Asked her to double check for the milkshake and handed the bag saying âyesâ with clearly no milkshake. overall appalled and should do better honestly. wouldnât recommend

I spoke with the manager, his name is Mohamed. He was a very friendly person. The problem was beyond their control due to a power outage in the area. He quickly brought me another one. First ever visit to any Checkers. We considered it a success and will be back We visited before noon on a weekend. So, we may have been the first customers of the day.With two separate lanes, the drive-in was confusing for a first-timer (and the intercom didn't work on the side I picked). The window/cashier area of the side I chose looked to be full of construction equipment & supplies. So, the worker didn't have an easy time getting to the window. We ordered ahead using the app. I felt the app was difficult to get through and I felt it was too intrusive. We struggled to get through the menu because we didn't know what everything was.The one worker we spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He went over our order to make sure we would get what we thought/wanted, adjusting where needed. The food was prepared quickly and properly. Both cold and hot things were at expected temperature levels and tasted as expected. The funnel cake fries were wonderful but needed more powdered sugar.
