Domino's Pizza

Waited over 10 mins for curbside when they hit my order has delivered to the car. When I went in and asked about what happened they told me that the order wasn’t ready when the originally confirmed it and forgot about to deliver it to the car since they were talking. Her laughing at the end just annoyed since she thought it was a joke. I didn’t accept the apology

Hands down, the worst Domino's experience ever. I am surprised they have not been stripped of the franchise. These people give Domino's a bad name. I hope you have 2 or 3 hours to kill if you order from this dump, and don't worry, the food won't be edible anyway. Disgusting.

I order stuff crust but idk it changed online. I got my pizza I don’t eat pepperoni I order half pepperoni pizza. I got 5 slice pepperoni 3 cheese

Pizza was done quickly and the employees are kind and respectful.

The girl working today made my day, excellent customer service.

Man... this place went downhill. I used to go here off and on when I lived in Berwyn Heights a few years ago. I was in the neighborhood and decided to get some take out. Food was cold and I was missing some of the order! I was given a half a** apology and no chance of a refund. Needless to say I don't plan on ever going back to this Dominos.

Waited for 120 minutes for my online carryout order after I arrived in the shop. The shop is completely understaffed. Only one person was working midday Sunday. The staff kept misleading customers saying 20-30 minute wait time when it is 60-80 minutes.

Worst service ever. I ordered online, they gave me the wrong order, never answer phone call, when finally someone answered the phone he hang up. I gave them a second chance today but didn’t work. I ordered a pizza two weeks ago and the pizza was burnt. Just the worst experience a Domino’s store ever!

The employees are very helpful and cordial. Judah is the best! I live out of this store delivery route but I go out of my way and carry out because the pizza is so much better. And the service is excellent!

Now been waiting over an hour and 22 minutes for my pizza delivery tracked showing my pizza been on my street over 7 minutes and the store still has me on hold bye dominoes lost a customer we order atleast once a week and keep thinking the service will get better do not order from here unless your planning on going to get it yourself the last time this happened dude put me on hold and then some Jamaican got on the phone all angry like I work there chile I can’t now we get a deep dish pizza no pasta no cinnamon sticks like nothing I ordered it then it gets better I speak with the manager Mike who then tells me ok we made your order wrong I gotta remake it we one hour and 40 min into this refuses to refund any part of my order yelling no ma’am I’m not refunding you anything I’ll put ur money back that’s it just ghetto

Over 2 hours waiting on food, and nothing. Can't even get an answer at the store they won't pick up the phone. Worst service. I stopped ordering from here 5 years ago and thought I'd give it another chance. Still terrible.
