Every time I visit the drive-thru, the employee is consistently rude, which really gets under my skin. Her tone is off-putting, and it frustrates me every single time. I asked to speak with the manager, but she insisted that there was nothing wrong with the employee's tone. I’ve reached out to corporate about this issue, and my next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. It’s clear that someone needs to be educated on the true meaning of customer service.

I never had the chance to try KFC meals in their iconic bucket, but after watching Kai and Speed stream—especially Speed, who’s always eating KFC and even hilariously shouting about it in South Korea—I decided to grab some for myself. It totally met my expectations in every way; the taste and portion sizes were fantastic, and I even had leftovers to enjoy later.
