Acknowledgment is important they shouldn't have people just standing at the register without saying anything to them it doesn't matter if you're making food say I'll be right there
Decided to order KFC today thru GrubHub (03/11/24)My how things have changed and not for the better!We ordered the Taste of KFC meal deal which was supposed to include 6 pieces of chicken, 4 sides and 4 biscuits. It sounded good, so we went with it.What we received...1 piece of chicken was missing. The 1 of the 4 biscuits were missing. The 4 sides included with the meal were individual size, terrible tasting and the whole kernel corn isn't meant for human consumption. We ordered 4 additional biscuits and the bucket size of lemonade, what we received was warm red Hawaiian Punch and no additional biscuits.I used to like KFC but after this experience, KFC is now on my list of no go's and never agains. Ya... It was that bad!

I ordered some food through GrubHub. The manager decided to say that I had to get my order canceled because they no longer had what I ordered. Refused to substitute my order even though they were about to close. When I said I doubt I would be ordering from here again she said okay. So I'm going to take her up on that and write a review. Brush up on your customer service skills. There are too many restaurants to have the funky attitude.

Tried their 'Nuggets', WOW! They outclass everyone else's! In being the actual white-meat, large in size, with the Colonels Krispy Outside!You have got to try THESE!*Can't wait until my next bike-trail run, when i've worked-up an appetite and head for KFC!

As far as fast food goes it was really good. All my food was hot and came out quick. This is awesome because I only have a 30 minute break for lunch. Unlike the checkers next door.

Decided to do dirty keto after a 3:30 physical. I hadn't eaten all day! I ordered a 3 piece. What I got was three large unrecognizable pieces of meat. They were extra greasy and had been fried, fried again, and refried. You get the point. I was surprised because it was a Friday afternoon, but regardless the chicken should have been fresh. On the bright side, the service was quick. Now I know why there weren't many people in the drive through line.
Food was good. Inside was very dirty, and the big sign that you would typically see outside was inside on the floor.

Its a KFC. It receives Five stars because the staff were just so polite. I would have liked if the drink fountain the lobby worked however.

If I could give zero stars I would!! We placed our order and asked for sauce which we were told no because sauce doesn’t come with the family chicken bucket meals! I also ordered wings 6 piece. She gave me one sauce for that which was fine. I wanted additional sauce especially since the new buffalo ranch sauce came out to dip our chicken in as well. I even offered to pay for it which she again told me NO because sauce doesn’t come for the chicken.! She was rude and embarrassing as she yelled this to me. I paid $41 for our meal I think if we requested sauce especially if we willing to pay for it we should have it! She then got me the sauce throwing on the counter stating here I’ll just give it to u. We ordered our meal for dinning in but they packed our meal to go so we helped ourselves to a table. We unpacked the food realizing we needed plates. I went back and politely asked for placed since we were dining in. She gave me a tray instead so I asked so are we supposed to put the food on her and eat off of it. She rolled her eyes went to the back and came back with plates. This was horrible mistreatment!! I’m so disappointed with the service. I did manage to get a really nice lady on the 1800 number which I voiced my concerns. I’m just waiting back for a response. I honesty wanted to just give them the food back and get my money back to go elsewhere. But I suffered enough embarrassment and didn’t want to hold up the line. The food was delicious tho. The cashier that had rudely helped us was Cristal and the manager on duty that was just watching the whole time and was also rude I have no idea what her name was. We however will NOT be returning for another visit!
