Ordered from Door Dash. The whole order was cold - Fish sandwich , Big Mac, Fries and the coke was watery which was strange since I live about ¼ mile away.

Manager Ana was awesome. 6219 Greenbelt Rd, Berwyn Hts, MD 20740 was closed due to no water. But app allowed orders w/payments. Arrive, find is closed, but MANY customers also there w/paid for orders. Ana, at my request, helped me delete my order & get back a refund. She helped many customers w/this. McDonald’s is better than this - corp should amend app that location is closed! Ana was a blessing

As I approached the window to pay for my order in the drive-thru, I saw McDonald's food delivery sitting in the hot sun in the street posted near the back entrance of the kitchen. Don't ever eat hear or any other McDonald's. The delivery driver for fast food restaurants should never drop packages in the middle of the street, especially on a hot day like today. This is unsanitary, distasteful, and is a health code violation that should be reported to the Food and Drug Administration. I believe McDonald's fries are addictive because the salt has hidden particles of crack in it. It's no wonder why drivers form lines at the intersection of the main road that wraps around the drive-thru blocking incoming traffic from entering and exiting the parking lot.

My daughter and I went through the drive thru here yesterday morning. We literally waited in the drive thru for our food for about 10-15 minutes. We both started eating our food (I got a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, a hash brown, and a sweet tea; my daughter got a burrito meal with a mocha frappe) on the way home and I immediately started feeling extremely sick and my stomach started cramping profusely. I tried eating more of my food when we got home, but I just couldn't. By mid-afternoon, I was literally curled up in bed in pain and feeling extremely nauseous. My daughter also started having a stomach ache after eating her food from here but she didn't get as sick as I did. I have literally been drinking water since 1pm yesterday afternoon and have only managed grapes and mashed potatoes today.

I was omw back up the road coming from SC and a detour to my daughter's school in Norfolk. I wanted fries initially but ended up ordering a Happy Meal w/Nuggets. Fries were hot 😋 but Nuggets were barely warm but still good because it's McDonald's Nuggets. My Happy Meal made me Happy as I escaped traffic on 95NB by taking Route 1 #iykyk
