Terrible location, when you order a large meal they will ring you up for a medium drink (this has happened to me on 5 occasions). They notoriously will ask you to pull forward to the next window and wait, only to forget you. McDonald’s corporate should shutter this location.

This is the best-run McDonalds I've ever been to. I've been going here for the past 3 years and only stop by occasionally for fries/mcflurries, but even when the drive-thru is packed the line moves very fast. The fries are always fresh and not burned. The ice cream machine has never once been down.

Came in Monday night around 9:10pm and pulled me to the first window to wait aside from the wait they come with food and don’t even add sauces for the nuggets then as I ask for sauce and a lady with red hair comes up and give the 2 sauces all rude and tells me that next time I have to pay for sauces I thought McDonald gave sauces for nuggets seems very unprofessional !! My problem isn’t the sauces it is how that employee handled my request !!!

I usually don't even eat McDonald's however my husband and I were on a road trip and it was the only thing available. I ordered $15 worth of food and they had a nerve to tell me that I needed to pay $.10 for a bag or I would have had to carry my food to the car🤦🏾♀️ That's highway robbery‼️Never again

Friday 9/26 - 5:30pm When placing my order & paying it’s always great service BUT receiving the food is always with an attitude. I had an altercation with the woman handing the food before & I always smile & go with whatever they have me do such as park. This time she wanted me to park at number 3 the customer was blocking 1&3 being parked at #2 there was a car in front I explained I couldn’t back up since there was cars ahead proceeded to look at me & said well I don’t have your food ready so I moved I don’t want any problems to a point that she may do something to my food since this is my local restaurant. The first time was about missing my large fries she couldn’t hear me but I talked louder so she could understand which she still couldn’t. The manager thought I said I wanted free food when I clearly was only missing what I had ordered or so I thought. But just the way she says things makes me feel like I’m not a valuable customer her customer service should improve & maybe even take some classes.
I have mixed reviews about this location. Overall things have been fine. But my partner has gotten sick from this specific location. Sometimes there have been issues with quality. The customer service is always consistent and helpful.
