The owner here and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. My husband and I tried FuFu for the first time and it was finger-licking good. Also, we tried the jollof rice with tilapia, which was tasty and very spicy. If you are seeking to try or want some good African food this is your spot! Thank you for serving us.

We ordered nkwobi from them and it was overly spicy, the meat wasn’t cut down or cooked properly

Told the owner what I wanted and we agreed on a time. They tried to sell me stale food when I got there - like food made few days ago. Seriously??? I reached out to the owner that I wanted fresh food. She never responded to me again. They're going to make people sick! Maryland Health Department needs to pay them a visit.

Wow wow wow just had the beef suya and it was out of the world! So delicious with the perfect spice level. Easily the best suya I’ve ever had! Come here and you won’t regret it. Will be telling all my friends. Can’t wait to visit soon. Thank you !

I loved the food at Agama. Coming in from out of state at first, I was shocked by the price but the food portion makes you realize it’s inexpensive. The fried fish with jollof ??. I’m salivating thinking about it. Meat pies were tasty as well and they were made fresh.

First off I should've canceled my order when I seen the same man taking orders pulling my goat meat from the kitchen with his bare hands but I said maybe that's not mine

Anyway I ordered but before ordering I asked was the meat soft he ensured me that the meat was not chewy

Get home the meat is as hard as a rock

I'm not satisfied at all but whatever Ill take the L

I recently purchased jollof rice from Agama Kitchen, and it was an appalling experience. The moment I walked in, I was hit by a foul odor that permeated the entire place. Unfortunately, the food mirrored this stench, reeking of something gone horribly wrong. Despite being served by a friendly staff member, my hopes were dashed when I got home and tasted the rice. It was shockingly awful—so much so that I genuinely feared it was spoiled. The taste was revolting, and I couldn't risk consuming any more, so I threw it away. This experience was utterly unacceptable, and I am compelled to report this to health inspectors. Agama Kitchen needs a serious overhaul of its food quality and hygiene standards.

Service was ok very slow but he was trying to please everyone so he gets some points for that

However my goat meat was so hard and I don't like hard meat at all so it's a waste of my $25

Anytime I order I ask is the meat soft or chewy because I understand some like their meats chewy and that's ok it's just not for me

And I get it and it's super hard and unbearable

The atmosphere could be a lil cleaner as well

This is the best African restaurant ever. The food is excellent, owner and his wife are absolutely amazing people. I love this restaurant. Every meal I’ve had here is the absolute best and the prices are reasonable too

Very poor customer service. The guy that takes order over the phone is extremely rude and no courtesy at all.
