They got our order wrong and then pretended to not speak English when we asked them to fix it. Frustrating and disrespectful. We got overcharged and since they pretended they didn’t know what we were saying we couldn’t get it fixed and I didn’t get dinner. Don’t come here unless you’re bilingual!

Filed a complaint with corporate office regarding treatment received. Corporate office gave the manager my private phone number and their employees started calling me from a private number harassing me. It's pretty bad I had to file a police report against checkers.

I had an online order which my promised time was not fulfilled. I went to the speaker saying I had an online order which I was immediately told to join the other line. I get to that like and had to wait over 20 minutes for my order while drive through orders were coming later and being given. I finally get someone in the window and they ask if I have a mobile order and under whose name. I am was waiting patiently at first but over 20 minutes is absurd not only that but I look over and the employees are laughing and on their phones making videos. While only 1 guy is making all these orders. I’ve came here before due to the excellent service but now I don’t even know if I’d comeback. DO BETER!
