Filed a complaint with corporate office regarding treatment received. Corporate office gave the manager my private phone number and their employees started calling me from a private number harassing me. It's pretty bad I had to file a police report against checkers.

I had an online order which my promised time was not fulfilled. I went to the speaker saying I had an online order which I was immediately told to join the other line. I get to that like and had to wait over 20 minutes for my order while drive through orders were coming later and being given. I finally get someone in the window and they ask if I have a mobile order and under whose name. I am was waiting patiently at first but over 20 minutes is absurd not only that but I look over and the employees are laughing and on their phones making videos. While only 1 guy is making all these orders. I’ve came here before due to the excellent service but now I don’t even know if I’d comeback. DO BETER!

Great fast food place at a great location. It is mostly geared towards drive-thru but they do have a walk-up window in the front and tables to the side. When I walked up, they took my order really quickly and the food was done in about 5 minutes. The burger is a great size, and the cheese fries were great. Overall it is great food at a great price.
If I Could Give This Place A ZERO I Would Went Here After Not Going Here For YEARS They Have A $5 Deal Thing I Was Trying Out So I Ordered Online Everyone Who Knows Checkers Know You Go In The Lane That Works For You I Didn't Have A Passenger So I Went On The Side Where I Can Get My Food Apparently They Have A Lane For Online And A Regular Never Knew Again Haven't Been Here In Years I Get To The Mic I Say Im Picking Up My Order Shes Like It's The Other Lane I Said Okay Well There's A Car Behind Me So What Do I Do She Tells Me To Pull Forward Im Thinking Okay Im Going To Get To The Window And Get My Food WRONG I Get To The Window She Tells Me To Get Out Of The Line And Go To The Pick Up Line INSTEAD Of Just Handing Me My Food That Was Literally Behind Her So At This Point I Want My Money Back Because Im Being Inconvenienced For $5 Like Be Foreal When She Could Have Told Me At The Mic Just Pull Through The Line And When You Get To The Front Drive Around Because Your Order Wont Be Ready (Which Said It Would Be Ready At 3:25 ONE Minute After I Was At The Speaker) I Asked For A Manager Because Why Am I Pulling Out Of Line When You Can Literally Just Hand Me The Order Okay I Was In The Wrong Lane But Why Would You Send A CUSTOMER All Around Just To Pick Up An Order The Manager FINALLY Gets To The Window AFTER They're Inside Laughing Taking Forever And Of Course Checkers Stick Together (And He's Just The Worst Definitely Need To Be Demoted) So I Ask For Names Cus I'm Taking It A Step Forward And He Didn't Want To Give Names And Probably Ended Up Giving Me A Fake Name But So What It Was Escalated And It Will Be Handled Save Yourself Time It's Plenty Of Other Checkers That Are Better And More Professional This Would Be My LAST Time Supporting This Location And Probably Checkers Because I Have Went To Other Establishments And Never Had This Issue When I ACCIDENTALLY Went Into The Wrong Lane They Serviced Me And Just Let Me Know Next Time What To Do P.S This Younger Generation Need To Get It Together There Needs To Be A Sweep In Here I’m A Secret Shopper For My Job And Just Imagine If I Was The Secret Shopper Here…. this checkers is far from good far as customer service, the management, and the environment the managers there don’t care at all specially the general manager who’s name is jose he let his employees do whatever they want he’s sneaky and don’t even do his job properly when it comes to management he’s lazy don’t nothing but making sure he gets his money at the end of the day. the general manager is the main problem when it comes to that store specifically.

Where is the -⭐️ option? I arrived to a group of teens blasting vulgar music and on their cellphones. I made a mobile order on the app and arrived 15 minutes after having it placed. It took them 30 minutes to make my simple chicken sandwich meal and tenders meal. Will not be returning here. STAY FAR AWAY!

I visited this establishment an hour ago and order the two Deep Sea Double....thinking that I had fresh fish, only to get home and realize the fish was old and hard as a old man on Viagra. If you visit this establishment in the future request fresh food.
