Ordered goat meat and got ONE boney piece of meat with my rice. Owner told me this was customary practice and acted super surprised with my complaint

Owner is rude and scolds customers for not “finishing their food”, as if it’s her kitchen and not a restaurant which you are patronizing. Food is mediocre compared to other Nigerian restaurants nearby.

My hubby when in there to order goat meat pepper soup and the gave him rice with 2 pieces of meat which was mostly bone. He doesn’t even like tomato so jollof rice is a no no. I’m upset because he spent $40 and the rice was mushy and not that good, both the meat and the rice tasted old. We just got the food and now it’s trash. Just waste of money not worth it.

I placed my order and they brought me something completely different. The rice was terrible and the meat was old and the fried it to cover up the taste.

Ordered Egusi soup, it looked good but the meat was tough and inedible. First and last time. I paid for chicken and beef but looked like only beef. The restaurant didn't even smell like food or like anything had been cooked there. For $19 it was not even equal to the amount at other places.

Delicious meal. This woman Joan can cook. Everything was cooked to perfection, tender tasty. I ordered Egusi soup!!! She was kind and had great service too. It’s also one of the less expensive places I’ve seen. I’ll be gone my back today.
