Ever since they brought in these new owners the food has been so bad. my shrimp fried rice was bland, the chicken didn’t taste or look the same . and the mumbo sauce was too thick. i will be ordering from landover carry out from now on .

Where do I even begin. Never thought I’d be here leaving this review but they have done it and pissed me off. Not sure what happened but whoever is in charge of this staff has lost their mind. This isn’t even a Chinese take out anymore, everything is different: the food isn’t the same anymore! Items on the menu aren’t even available to order. They ALSO send their door dashers/uber eats drivers without taking payment too. Very annoying.

This place has gotten worse ever since there’s been new management. The workers are slow and rude. The chicken was pink basically not cooked. The place just seems really nasty. Please do not come here it’s not the same as it was before.

New management. Egg rolls were super mushy on the inside, and they got rid of the shrimp and broccoli dinner I’ve been having for years! Perhaps the egg rolls are fried differently now? They’re offering halal options, so perhaps the new owners make the food differently now and it’s changed the taste.

I liked that they stay open late that's a plus. But the food was honestly just ok I got shrimp fried. Rice and 4 egg rolls the shrimp friend rice was nasty to me but we did eat egg rolls. Also service was a little unorganized I called placed my order way ahead of time but when I arrived still had to wait for food to be cooked! Hope this helps!

On Tuesday, December 24, we ordered $75 worth of food, which was delivered to us. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect. We immediately called the restaurant to inform them of the issue and offered to return the food. However, we were told not to bring it back because the restaurant was about to close. The manager assured us that we could come back another day to resolve the issue.
Today, Saturday afternoon, we called to follow up based on that promise. After explaining the situation, the manager refused to honor his word, claiming he would lose too much money. We pointed out that we also suffered a loss because our food was not edible: the fried rice was burnt, the General Tso’s chicken was overly soft, the combination fried rice and shrimp fried rice were incorrect, and the cheese rangoons were hard. All we wanted was for our order to be made correctly.
Instead of resolving the issue, the manager hung up on us. After repeated attempts to call back, he finally answered, but only after we mentioned reporting the situation.
If you’re going to serve our community, you need to do better. This kind of service and treatment is unacceptable. We deserve better as customers.
Please do not come here. My family and I placed a very large order for delivery and the food was burnt. We called back offering to bring the food back and get something else. They told us we couldn't come back that night but to come back later and they would change it. We came back and they only wanted to give him 2 items from our entire order.
