Bonefish Grill

This place was nice and clean. Our was great. The dipping sauce for the bread was amazing. They don't have options for vegans unfortunately so I had a side salad and pretty much just watched everyone else eat. My drink was good. The people who have been before said they changed up the portions on some of the dishes and the food was okay.

Food was great as usual but don’t come towards closing. Wait staff get very rude and short towards closing. One bartender had a terrible attitude and kinda ruined the experience with my family for dinner. Just being loud and nasty.

Ordered food to go. During the week it was not that much people there at the time we went. The host did mention that later on that day they had happy hour and it usually get busy around that time. The food was delicious. Our order came out correct. Would go there again to sit and eat next time.

Very good atmosphere and ambiance. Food and drinks were great. Not overly crowded, able to sit at bar upon arrival and open seats in the dining area.

During our visit, we were greeted and seated promptly, and our waitress arrived relatively quickly. She introduced herself, and when I asked how her evening was going, she replied, “stressful”—which, unfortunately, set the tone for the rest of our experience.
We ordered our drinks, appetizers, and entrees all at once, hoping to take advantage of happy hour since we had arrived with a full hour to spare. However, things quickly went downhill. Our appetizers arrived before our bread and drinks, which we initially overlooked, assuming the rest would follow shortly. But then the bread came… still no drinks. No water either, despite multiple requests.
Eventually, after 35 minutes, our drinks finally arrived—minus one mocktail. After reminding our waitress again, the mocktail finally showed up, along with just two waters for our table and no straws.
We ordered two more drinks just before happy hour ended, hoping to at least salvage the evening. Those drinks never arrived—but our bill did, and it included them.
This was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, missed items, and overall disorganization made for a truly frustrating visit. This is a poor reflection on Bonefish as a brand, and I can’t imagine returning or recommending this location to anyone.

This is a corporate business restaurant, the food and presentation was and alway amazing.

Bartener and Servers could have served with a smile.

The corn crab soup made me have sharp pains in my stomach. It didn't taste good. It tasty very fishy. The waitress asked me how the food was and I told her that it tasted very fishy. The waitress stated that it depends on the day of the week you come. Some days it taste better than others. I should have asked for a manager but we just bought a house down the street and didn't ask for a manager. We asked for the bill and took the soup to go. Thank God I didn't eat it all. My husband ate more of his soup and he's having more stomach pains than myself. The pains just started about 3 hours after we ate the soup. We were going to order the surf and lobster but we weren't that hungry. We thought we will come back for dinner sometime if the soup and salad was good.

You have Margarita and Martini Monday but don't keep bar stocked cannot get Watermelon or Lychee at 4:30 pm and that's on today's specials. Be better about ordering product for specials!!

My fiancé and I dined in for lunch today and our server Ashanti went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We’ll definitely be returning
