Bonefish Grill

Upon arriving, the meet and greet started out good until we stood in front of our assigned table way, way in the back with limited lighting and cramped seating space barely able to seat ourselves. Looking around the place was half empty and another table was requested only to be told those seats were reserved - I too reserved a table like everyone else. Perhaps seating should be 1st come, 1st seated.

Was overpriced for the amount of food you recieve. Everything was appetizer size for a value of $80 not worth it.

All of my food was over salted. The oysters that they tried to give me were oysters out of the can added to real oyster shells. I had to send all of my food back. The bathroom door was broken and unable to use the ADA stall.

Poor service, cold, dry food, and error in appetizer salad. Restaurant was not even half full. Wine was great!!! The manager credited us the entree price!!

We had not been since Covid. We decided to spend our 20th Anniversary at Bonefish at 1130am. We were the only patrons at that time. Excellent service, food and drinks.

Jade you are amazing !! Our experience before you got there was horrible . We waited 15 minutes for a table with no wait and only about 8 tables and maybe 12 people at the bar , it was not busy ! Then after sitting down we waited 20 min for a server.

The service could've been better but they might have been short staffed that day. I've received great service on previous occasions. The drink of choice was not available & one order on my oysters were dry (possibly over cooked) and not cooked like the others I've had. I have had several other food experiences so I will be back.

Brandywine location today was terrible. I was waiting to be seated and the young lady didn't make a effort to get off her phone to help me. After I seated myself in bar area I shoutef out do I set myself anywhere and she said yes. I ordered Mac and cheese and it was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!. Looked like yesterday's mac and cheese so I returned it. I think I will stay away from Bonefish Grill for now on. If you visit here I warned you.

This place was nice and clean. Our was great. The dipping sauce for the bread was amazing. They don't have options for vegans unfortunately so I had a side salad and pretty much just watched everyone else eat. My drink was good. The people who have been before said they changed up the portions on some of the dishes and the food was okay.

Food was great as usual but don’t come towards closing. Wait staff get very rude and short towards closing. One bartender had a terrible attitude and kinda ruined the experience with my family for dinner. Just being loud and nasty.

Ordered food to go. During the week it was not that much people there at the time we went. The host did mention that later on that day they had happy hour and it usually get busy around that time. The food was delicious. Our order came out correct. Would go there again to sit and eat next time.

Very good atmosphere and ambiance. Food and drinks were great. Not overly crowded, able to sit at bar upon arrival and open seats in the dining area.
