Such a nice experience! A nice young lady with green hair who worked here, was very accommodating! My grandmother ordered the wrong cheesesteak and wanted one with different toppings, the worker over heard me asking my grandma if she wanted me to get her the right ones, and she was adamant about making it right ! She was accommodating, attentive, and kind ! What more can you ask for ?!

service was extremely quick, food was great and not messy like i expected a cheesesteak place to be. seating and restrooms were clean, best charley’s i’ve ever been to.
This Charleys location is timely, accurate, and efficient with orders, at least based on the handful of times I've ordered. Service was polite and there is ample seating with natural light. As another Yelper mentioned, the portions are big even just for a regular (9") sub. You can customize your sandwich toppings to your tastebuds content! I havent tried their fries or wings but there are quite a few options. Beverages are fountain soda or lemonade. All in all, a great option for a quick meal.

Pretty good cheesesteak for a fast food restaurant. My order was made quickly and served piping hot! The cheesesteak is very filling, it's packed with meat & toppings. I had a cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, onions, green peppers & pickles. The steak could've been seasoned more but it wasn't bad. . They have malt vinegar on the condiments bar which I love to mix with ketchup for my fries. Overall, it's worth a try if you're in the mood for a cheesesteak.

Horrible customer service!!! I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name working at 8:30 pm on 2/21/23, however her greeting (or lack of) was so horrible that I walked out without even beginning to place my order. There's too many options literally feet away for me to patronize when Horrible customer service is provided. P.S. I am not one who expect very much when patronizing such places, but this was despicable. My Chipotle was a healthier option anyways, so I should thank her...kekeke

Steak and sandwich and fries seemed nuked and I will stick with New York Italian deli or Jersey Mike's . They cook the steak . Doing the same thing ask many of these pizza restaurants . I will not return for this garbage .

Food prices were too high for the poor quality of food…the wings were under cooked. I had to cook them myself, which defeats the purpose of ordering out.
