We ordered two chillies cheese dogs and fries. We watched the employee bedroom our fries and the hotdogs. Just imagine the taste the worst ever from this chain restaurant. We ended up trashing the food. Good luck ordering late night.

Worst customer service experience at any fast food restaurant I’ve had! On the drive thru menu there is a”mix and match 2 for 5” special that states 2 burgers plus fries and drink. The cashier who said she was the manager kept telling me “no you have to add 3 dollars more for combo”. I took a picture and she wouldn’t acknowledge what’s on the menu! She was terrible at how she handled this situation! Location is in Brandywine, MD.

When they have something it's decent. They don't call if they don't have what you ordered online. The staff doesn't know how to handle register. I've taken a few hits before posting... maybe just the employee. At this point it's become constant so it's management. I work to hard for my dollars to give it to a business that doesn't have it together.

First time eating at this Checkers. Normally I go to the ChickFilA next door, but because it was closed early for holiday, I decided to get a deep sea double that is all I ordered. I drove home and took a bite of a dry, rock hard fish sandwich. Obviously not cooked fresh. I had to turn around and go back. Why would they serve me something they wouldn't eat themselves? Just shows how little they care about the quality of the food they serve. Won't be going back. You lost what would have been a regular returning customer.

I called asked to speak with a manager. The gentke requested a manager who you can hear scripting. He asked what is this about, he tells the manager moment later he hangs up. No connection issue as I attempted to call back no answer. Customer service is not at this location

We just tried to order but the girl at the drive thru said she did not understand how to / was unable to add cheese to a hot dog. Lol I wish I was joking. This was my fourth time trying this location, the other three times they definitely figured out how to add just cheese to a hot dog, but messed up the rest of the order. We are done going here.

mom and I went through the drive thru at about 1230. it looked like there was just one cook working the fryers and she was rocking it!! our order came out hot, fast and perfect and the cook did the window too. she was absolutely amazing-- give that girl a raise!

The maneger named “Miriam” has unfortunately put me through one of the most racist and discriminating things I’ve gone through in my life. When I asked her in a professional manner. I was answered with “I don’t have time for this”. She sat around in her phone watching movies the whole time and I’ve also witnessed firsthand her drop chicken bites on the floor by accident, and continue to throw them in the grease to cook them as if that’s not unsanitary. I was treated this was due to my pigment and their lack of knowledge of who they were working with. I’m educated, and well aware and versed in the metropolitan area and have connections to organizations like HUD and bigger jobs outside the fast food industry and honestly have never experienced such a degradation in character and who I am as a black man. And to be treated that way by another minority is even worse.
