This chickfila is absolutely horrible. The manager does not understand when an individual says they have a visual impairment. They need training! This is a prime example of a location that does service like McDonald's. They do not care about customers. Too many kids playing in the drive thru. They should close this location.

I had a horrible experience coming to this Chick-fil-A. I got to the restaurant before breakfast and and they told me that they ran out and could not serve me. This has happened to me multiple times if you were looking to get breakfast here you have to get here by 9:30 or they basically will not serve you.

This might be the worst chick fil a in Maryland. I received the worst service I’ve ever gotten at a chick fil a. Their drive through is extremely slow, waited in line for 10 minutes just for them to say at 10:29 they no longer serve breakfast. The manager was the worst part of the entire situation, extremely short and rude. Certainly won’t be visiting this location again

Me and my family walked in and got our order in a timely manner despite the drive thru being absolutely packed. Very respectful staff that often checked on us even after we received our food. You don’t get this type of service from any other fast food place and I would come back again. Food was good too.
