The portions in these bowls are getting smaller and smaller and it’s honestly ridiculous that I have to pay $12 for a bowl just for your employees to make it like they’re rationing ingredients. You’re not running out of food, you’re just cheating you customers because we’re paying full price for literally half of the portion now.

Door Dash order was ready for pickup. Went there and it wasn't even started. They proceed to take other orders. When I finally get my order, I told them it was late. They proceed to walk away from me and just didn't say anything. That's pathetic. Re train your employees. Go somewhere else for Chipotle.

My mother had came in there today afternoon and stated the place was empty, as she was ordering she was trying to look at her notes to see what me and my sister had sent her to order because she was picking it up for us, she begins to tell me that the lady at the tortilla station tried to hurry her and say if she was ordering anything else rushing her out of the line which is sooo beyond me because I hate when lil teenagers act real unprofessional at a job that they suppose to treat there customers good I tired calling the restaurant but they’re line never seems to answer this was highly upsetting to me because I don’t like when my own mother gets treated a certain way to be certain the next time I go up there I will speak with a manager in person about this because this is unacceptable coming from someone who works in customer service and knows the branch manager in princes George’s county which is Kevin that I don’t kind reaching out to

I was given the skimpiest amount of meat, I asked why so little and she responded "we only give one tong full of meat." Never have I seen any Chipotle give such a pitiful amout of meat ever. Then she gave me a another half tong full when I asked her to just double it and got charged for a full double when I wasn't even given the original serving size.

Brandy Chipotle I the best Chipotle I've ever had service is amazing food always taste great the young ladies who work in the morning always do a fine job . I would give 10 stars if I could I visit them almost everyday. Well every other day keep up the good work

I visit chipotle with my spouse and we decided for dinner. Once ordering our bowls they make my spouse bowl correctly but my bowl incorrectly. They stated one scoop is considered double protein when I never visited a chipotle and one scoop was double protein. The manager made my bowl twice after with a very rudely attitude and put less protein in my bowl and just threw it together as if I don't care. Once I complained she put my bowl to the side and moved on to the next costumer. I left without nothing to eat but my spouse had his food because it was done correctly but mine was thrown together. I pay over $40 each time we go and never in my life experience this type of customer service from chipotle tonight it brought me to tears because the staff at time in these chipotles are very unprofessional and not helping but you see them make their personal bowls or friends bowls with care. I'm am extremely upset and going to bed hungry tonight thanks to chipotle
