The carne is $14 but I got the smallest portion ever. Even the rice, fajitas are my toppings were small. Why do they act like the food comes out there paycheck? Never coming back here. Too expensive for such a small amount of food.

Ordered through Uber eats. Craving chips and guacamole with my order. Guac was either sitting in the store for wayyyyy too long or the avocados they used were too ripe. Love yall but do better lol guac is not supposed to look like this. Not fresh at all
I'm torn writing this review. The staff here is very friendly, and they foster a comfortable environment. The problem I have is with the lackluster food quality.
In my first experience at this location, I received food that was nowhere near to what I had ordered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on accuracy because it was near closing.
On my second visit, the order was correct, but the quality was more to be desired. My bowl was topped with guacamole, which was appreciably brown; I had brown uncut chunks throughout the bottom of the bowl, making it really unappetizing.
Unfortunately, I would recommend driving a little further to another location.

Don't go the last hour as they tend to run out of food
After my experience today I wish that I could give them a ZERO! Stopped in there today to get a bowl, the cashier rung my order up and I noticed that it was a little more than I normally pay, so I asked her if she charged me for something extra, she replied no. Upon looking at the receipt, I saw a bag charge of 10 cent, no big deal but I had never seen the charge before so I asked her when they started with that (mind you I am hold my credit card getting ready to scan and pay), when the girl next to her started talking in Spanish and then she grabbed my bag and begun taking my food out of the bag!!!
She pushed my food across the counter too me (out of the bag) still talking in Spanish.
I asked her what her problem was, I did not ask you to take my food out of the bag!!! She is smiling at this point and still speaking in Spanish. So, I asked to speak with the manager because this type of behavior was totally uncalled for and very disrespectful to a paying customer. The cashier pointed me in the direction of someone who was handling call in orders…. I proceed to talk to the “manager”, who was like “let me talk to her”, again in Spanish.
The manager, having said whatever she said to her, proceeded to continue to bag call in orders, never once responding back to me or addressing my concerns. I asked the cashier to give me the rude girls names so that I could report her.
At this point the girl (Antonia) who knows if that is her real name is smiling, rolling eyes and singing in Spanish like her behavior was something to be proud of!
Needles to say that I left the bowl right there! My family and I frequently stopped at this location because it was new, clean and we had never experienced any bad customer service until now. I will not patronage a business that has people that lack basic customer service skills an then smile and sing like it’s a joke.
Good food, parking poor, better than all the other Chipotles in the Waldorf area!

The portions in these bowls are getting smaller and smaller and it’s honestly ridiculous that I have to pay $12 for a bowl just for your employees to make it like they’re rationing ingredients. You’re not running out of food, you’re just cheating you customers because we’re paying full price for literally half of the portion now.

Door Dash order was ready for pickup. Went there and it wasn't even started. They proceed to take other orders. When I finally get my order, I told them it was late. They proceed to walk away from me and just didn't say anything. That's pathetic. Re train your employees. Go somewhere else for Chipotle.
