I just wanted to let you know, your food is great but not worth the aggravation of waiting until whenever your drivers decide to show up. I also had asked you for a refund for an entire month which I was blatantly ignored until I said I would just pick up the food that I never got at another pull up. Clearly you and your staff have no respect or courtesy for your customers. You also clearly have a problem with punctuality and time management. I will never buy anything else from your business. I have also saved every message from every driver and email and will be blasting this on every social media website including reddit to show how poorly managed your company is. I wouldn't order another thing from you IF YOU PAID ME. That being said I just really wanted you to know how truly disappointing my dealings with you have been. My guess is you won't exist in a year and I am here for it.

We are in New York and we ordered delivery picked up and heated up in our oven to say outstanding is to put it lightly. We are crab connoisseurs, and very picky about our seafood. Can’t say enough about this. Unbelievable will order again.

So disappointed in the food I bought and received on Sat at the pick up location in Newark, I purchased three items and only one of them were decent. The seafood Mac was nothing but boil noodles and sauce with shrimp on top with season on it, it was nothing seafood Mac about it. The boil platter was giving it was FROZEN before, the sausage seem like it was cut out the package and not even cooked!!! The buss down crabs was the only decent thing. But to spend $135 on food I didn’t eat is VERY UPSETTING!!!! Also the young man handing out the food wasn’t even welcoming.

Ordered on a whim after seeing an ad for their pull-up scheduled in my town. The food was not cheap and I did panic a bit after reading some reviews after I had already ordered but oooooh my god am I glad I did. Everything was FANTASTIC, perfect amount of spice, the butter sauce the potatoes and corn came in was phenomenal, and the crab legs were to diiiieee for. Last meal level delicious. I’m currently very pregnant so it was truly a transcendent experience for me lol.

I decided to support since it is a BOB. The service disappointed. My food delivery was 4 hours late! The expectation was arrival 7:30-8. I got my food at 11:30 pm on a Sunday night. I received one text at 7:50 pm advising the van was late and they’ll arrive near 9:30 and they will send an eta. They never sent an eta. After going back to meet them at 9:30 pm I almost drove off at 10:45. Another customer in the parking lot waiting told me she received a text saying the delivery would be at 10:45pm. So I wanted for another 45 minutes. No food is worth this wait. The seafood mac was good but it didn’t have enough crab. Will I get curious and order from them again, NEVER!

This company sucks almost an hour and a half waiting in a parking lot in Medford last night for the delivery truck. Said they will be there 7:30 then 8:30 then he shows up 25 minutes later never again pathetic company.

I wanted to share that the food was really good — the flavor overall was on point, and everything was seasoned well. However, there were a lot of shells in both the seafood platter and the stuffed salmon. I had to keep spitting them out with almost every bite, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Also, the seafood mac didn’t have much flavor — the noodles were a bit plain. For $165, I wasn’t expecting to deal with that many shells or lack of flavor in parts of the meal, but I will say the overall taste and presentation were good!
I purchased a dozen steamed crabs from your 9-21-25 Charlotte pop-up . As a Baltimore native, I've been eating MD blue crabs for 40+ years and I still get my crabs from MD. I must say that I was very disappointed in the crabs that I received and do not think that they were worth $85+ tax. They were not seasoned, 1 was missing, 4 had a very bad foul smell and bad taste so they couldn't be eaten, and a lot of them were missing their legs/claws. It looked like I got the bottom of the barrel that no one wanted. I have been reaching out to you since 9-21-25 via IG, text, and your website and still no response. My comment that I left on IG was even deleted. I have tried to settle this privately but this business is refusing to respond. Would not recommend.

Brandywine location not good and highly overrated. I been a fan this past year, following them on IG and I traveled from NJ to try them. Very disappointed and not worth the trip. I had the fried whiting and shrimp and it wasn't good. The fish was fried to cardboard and had no taste at all, as well as the fries. The shrimp were good though, therefore the 2 stars. My sister did enjoy her seafood rice bit not the sausage. It seemed to be under cooked and not appealing.
