My First Time There with Some Of My Seniors From Kingdom Care Senior Village From My Church Greater Fellowship Full Gospel Baptist Church To Have Lunch/Brunch. It was Recommended By A Couple Of The Seniors and Us Others Went Along To Try Something New!! And It Was A Great Place To Go For An Awesome Meal. You Can't Find A Great Place To Eat That Served Beef Short Ribs and For Them To Be So Good On Top Of Being So Tender!! I Couldn't Eat Them All Along With Collard Greens and Sweet Potatoes and I Had To Take Home Some Of The Buffalo Wings To Try!! And Also The Cornbread Was Melt In Your Mouth Good Too!! I Will Go Back Again Anytime I Get A Ride!! An A+ Rating Given!!

This was my second time here an my boyfriend first! We didn’t no what was on the menu or what to select. The server Janay at the bar service was excellent. She allowed us to sample items before selecting, she was very patient with us an not in a rush for us to order, she greeted us an treated us how customers should be treated. The food is amazing, the environment is very clean an welcoming and a place to come back to. I would recommend Del Soul Cafe to others. A nice place to visit very mellow and welcoming for a family night, date night, or somewhere just to eat and relax in peace!! & not to forget the cornbread OMG!!! Delicious!!!!

Food is soulful and tasty! Nice ambience with adult smooth jazz. Justice was friendly providing excellent customer service. The gravy needs some work.

The food was excellent; especially the mac & cheese, cornbread and collards. I order collosal shrimp which was tasty. The food was nice & hot. The atmosphere was really relaxing and our large party was attended to very pleasantly and professionally by two staff members. They definitely work together as a team to make things run smoothly.
Food is good but every time we place an office order they are out of something or the wait it exceptionally long!!!!! and it makes no sense because the establishment had just opened at 11 am and they had no deserts no collard greens no kale and few other things. But they go across the street to Safeway to get their cornbread you'd think someone would go a purchase the items they were out of as well.

The food was great, service was amazing, and the music selection was awesome! Will definitely be back again! We had the crab dip and catfish strips for appetizers and the the southern chicken and seafood combo with mac and cheese, collard greens and sweet potatoes for our entrees. I was so stuffed but that didn't stop me from ordering the peach cobbler to go!

Sorry, the service has gone down from first year opening. Waited about 45 mins to get food and then the cook didn't know what butterfly a steak meant. Steak came burnt asked for well done. Didn't have everything offered on menu, specifically chicken tenders for kids. Greeting host had to turn into waiter. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration and to endorse a BOB (black own business).
