This place is horrible I place an order through them 48 hours ahead of time and they cancel on me at the last minute. was trying to settle my invoice with them, at the same time the invoice won't open, i tried calling them they didn't even pick up my call at all. with no explanation, they send me an email saying that they cannot make my cake anymore, to go to another place that they are booked at day before my son birthday. this is really disappointing, don't even know what to tell my son. They don't even give you all the information, but they will say but they did. I don't even recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience.
