I love that the food is made to order and is always good. The staff has always been pleasant and patient with customers, especially with some of the more difficult interactions I’ve witnessed. Kudos to the Manager for being extremely accommodating and to the young lady (J.P.) who handles the wild ones without losing their cool.

I routinely order the hibachi teriyaki chicken without sauce and with broccoli and the shrimp tempura. Occasionally, I will order the crab rangoons. I have yet to have a bad experience.

And it's nice that the bathrooms are always clean after each visit.

We ordered three platters to go. When we got home we discovered that they forgot to include the protein in one of the platters. We called and asked if they could refund just that one since we didn’t actually receive it. They said they don’t have access to the payment system so they are unable to do that, but they sent us a message that said “two free combos next time you come.” We arrived and tried to order our two free combos. Despite the wording of the message, the manager said no we can only have a remake of the one platter that they got wrong weeks ago. After two bad experiences it’s safe to say we will not be back.

Edited to add: the beef plate which was messed up was $10.45. Today my husband tried to order the chicken and shrimp combo for $11.45 and I ordered salmon and shrimp for $12.95 since we were told we had “two free combos.” The manager *did not* tell us we could have two meals valued at 10.45 he told us we could have one beef plate or nothing and was very rude the entire time.

Hibachi Express is a great alternative for fast food. So far, we've tried the chicken and beef, chicken and shrimp, chicken and salmon, chicken egg rolls, dumplings, and Thai tea. The chicken and beef and chicken and shrimp are our favorites! The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. You may eat in or grab your food to go. They have 2 kiosks to customize your meal, place your order, and pay. You start earning rewards points with your first order. Check them out if you are nearby! Our only downside so far is the tight parking area.

I’ve been getting sushi from here for around two years and I’m never disappointed. Quick, delicious and convenient. Their crab rangoons and newly added Thai tea boba is good too.

Let me start by saying the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. After so many positive reviews about the food though, I was really expecting something so different than what I got. Tonight was my dinner night so I picked up food for my husband, my daughter and myself. I ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki hibachi fried rice. What I got was big chunks of cabbage, some big pieces of a carrot some plain rice that was not fried with the veggies and then a cut of beef that resembled Steak-uums and dark chicken meat with very runny YumYum sauce. I tried to eat it, but I just couldn't. If you are a fan of Benihana, Osaka, or Kobe Japanese Steakhouse (like I am) this ain't that! This isn't even the carryout hibachi in the hood. Again, the staff was super nice and for that I am thankful. But these reviews hyping this food up completely lost me, because what have y'all been eating for this to be so good to y'all? This is definitely not what I was expecting after all these reviews.

Customer Service is phenomenal. Food is phenomenal. I haven't been somewhere with this type of fresh food quality in a long time. I wish I could tip pass $5 with my card because they deserve every bit plus more.

The best hibachi we’ve ever had! My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place—it’s always a delicious experience. The flavors are incredible, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. We can’t get enough and truly hope this gem stays around forever! 🤩
