I went for the first time, and the food was good, just a little under seasoned. The atmosphere was really good. My biggest challenge was the sevice. There were 10 of us, and the young lady (while doing her best) brought our food out one at a time, at least 10-15 minutes apart. We only ordered appetizers and salads. Be time the last person received their meal we were ready to go. I plan to go again and give them another try.

Disappointed with less than customer centric atmosphere. Band extremely late showing up even after charging an exorbanate entry fee of $30 to have dinner! Was told by reception that the reason for the fee is the Band. The music from the DJ is so loud that I was unable to hear my dinner companions across the dinner table. If this is a night club, advertise it as so, I will spend my $$ elsewhere.

This was my first and LAST experience with Piano Keys, When I arrived my bag was checked along with my ID (wonderful) I felt safe, when I entered (no hello, no smile), that set the tone for me! I gave my ticket for the show to the young lady at the front desk she scanned it, I then explained I was waiting on my sister in law who was arriving from Bowie, and I had her ticket as well, she seated me near the arrival center, the air was too much for me to handle, the server came I asked her if I could be moved and she explained that some people had already bought tables, and told me to ask the lady at the front desk, which I did and explained why, she repeated back to me "oh its too cold?" I replied yes, she walked away and NEVER returned, also, I noticed where the band was playing there were reserved seats, (ok I get it) but for who? We then asked for another salad, which the server forgot, and we did not get it until 45 minutes later. l I said "no harm no foul" I just wont be back ever again!! I should have at least been greeted with a smile!!Parking: I parked in front of the establishment

I came in to experience happy hour. The music playing was great, there was not an open 2 seats at the bar so we were promptly seated at a table (the light on the table was malfunctioning and flickering off) but received no service. Not an acknowledgment, not eye contact, no drinks, no nothing. The waitress literally walked pass our table 5 times with no acknowledgment. So after 15-20 minutes, we left. Unfortunate because I really wanted to enjoy the great music.

Recently retired and moved to the area, was referred by my barber because I inquired about a Grown-up environment and the place was nice, upscale and modern, good food BUT THE BATHROOM! IMMACULATE! when dealing with abdominal issues when out in public you pray that you're somewhere that has clean bathrooms, no pissy smells, closed in private toilet stalls, urinal separators for privacy, paper towels, soap, upscale faucets with nice water flow. You can tell that they took time to consider the patrons/customers when designing this place...WELL DONE

The food was good, I had the lumberjack omelet and chicken & waffles. I was disappointed that they no longer offer the Sunday Brunch Buffet but we still enjoyed our food and the Mimosas were delish!!
