Went to schoenersville road location tonight and the Caucasian woman called me the n-word

Second day in a row and trying new salad, panini and smoothie! I have really enjoyed all of the food , the friendly staff and their guidance in selecting and explaining the build your own salad process! Love the fresh ingredients and probably the best balsamic salad dressing I have ever eaten! So glad you are open! Favorites so far: Mediterranean salad, southwest chipotle salad, chicken panini and berry smoothie! This is the Midland Commons Columbus, Ga store!

Ordered an Asian Crispy Chicken salad from the Bensalem location. Specified NO edamame. They gave me extra edamame - AGAIN!! I really wish staff would pay attention to orders placed. I am allergic to edamame!

You would think anywhere you’re paying over $20 for a bowl of salad that they would be nice. No one said hi or acknowledged that I was even in the store. It was what do you want? The lady who made my bowl was very rude. Didn’t give eye contact. It appeared that I was bothering her as if she did not want to be at work. The lady who checked me out which wasn’t the same lady who made my bowl, the same thing very unpleasant, and she was also on her phone while ringing me out. If you don’t like your job find a new one, It’s inappropriate to treat how I was treated especially with paying $30 for 2 items. I won’t be to a Chopt after this.

The Providence, RI location is terrible. The staff are comically rude and unfriendly. They refuse to acknowledge or serve you and then when they do they act like you’re a burden.

Good for a quick, healthy dinner or lunch. Pro tip: get the bowls that come with rice, more filling, hot, and delicious ?

I order a kale caesar salad. I asked for light dressing and they gave me so much dressing that the kale got soggy by the time I got home. How do kale get soggy less than 10 mins? Crazy! I went back and Jada Lloyd the manager told me that they were closed, even though the door was open and I was able to walk in. It was 9:40 when I arrive and others were still picking up the orders, but she told me “we close at 9:30 and they have shut down the register.” I told her I don’t want a refund but for it to be remade. The amount of time she took telling me why she wasn’t going to make a new kale Caesar salad another one could have been made. She kept telling me “ I know. Come back tomorrow. I’ll leave a note for tomorrow’s manager about your salad.” As I was leaving she then asked me if I could lock the door behind myself. Very Rude lady.

The staff needs to tighten up. Placed a curbside pickup order and waited 9 minutes before walking in to grab it myself. As I waited patiently I thought maybe they were busy, but nope! No customers in line, as 1 employee was outside on his phone, 1 employee at the register on her phone and one other employee standing at the counter doing nothing. All while my food was sitting in a bag on the counter behind them. Extremely frustrating to have my time wasted especially when I tipped beforehand.

Jennifer the manager was very rude , refused to remake my salad and ignored me while I was taking to her . Walked away and told me she was on break & continued to eat chipotle in the front of the business . Very unprofessional. Go home and get a new career if you’re that unhappy with your life. I wont be returning to this location!!

Can’t wait for them to open. Would love one in charles county as well.

This place frequently closes before their listed schedule and the employees just stare you in the eye as you try to get past a locked door to get your mobile order.I couldn’t get my food tonight because they wouldn’t let me in at 8:45 to get my mobile order. They close at 9.

Well we'll this place here let's just say that management and the staff there are horrible I know that a police officer walked into the store and tried to use the restroom but the door was locked so he went to the counter to ask for the key and they told him he could use the bathroom because it was not working.the officer asked him is it not working or he just can't use it the guy then said it's only for paying customers. That's when the officer said I am going to order but I have to use the bathroom first. That's when the guy said ok I just had to make sure. He did that to a police officer somebody who he may need in the future because of the location in a high crime district. I just think it's sad that they treated a police officer that way a public servant. So I did not eat there either.
