I order here frequently during my morning drive into the office, and I am always greeted by a kind barista on the speaker. They ask how I am doing before asking my order and the service is speedy. Highly recommend!
The barista was friendly and fast. However, she was the only one at the location and was handling multiple customers.

Who has time to wait 30 minutes for a latte? The staff is unapologetic slow and unconcerned about customer wait time. After finally receiving my drink, the latte had a terrible burnt taste. Of course I wasn’t going to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake it.

Literally my favorite Starbucks to patronize. The service has improved over the last year and is the best I've had at a Starbucks. The drive thru is typically quick (for a Starbucks) even with a long line. I'm giving this location 5 stars for the customer service. There are several baristas who often go above and beyond with their customer service. Even the less "friendly" baristas provide better customer service than the best baristas at most local locations. There is one young man in particular (do not know his name but he is brown skinned with reddish hair) who is exceptional and should be a manger (at the very least. I honestly believe corporate should hire him to train employees on exceptional customer service) . There is a Starbucks in my local Safeway 2 minutes from my house and I will drive the 10 minutes up 301 simply for the the service.

I am not sure why the barista cannot get a white chocolate mocha made correctly? My coffee literally tastes like hot water; this is ridiculous considering the cost of coffee at Starbucks. The worst part is I did not taste it until I pulled out of the drive thru so I couldn’t turn around to have them remake it. Management— retrain your staff please!

My girl wanted me to try one of their dairy drinks. Told her it was stupidly expensive, but she insisted. What looked like a 8oz cup was more than halfway filled w/ice. The drink was gone in seconds. Tasted nice, but i will NEVER be a Starbucks customer at these
