As most Starbucks' are, they have a decent atmosphere, decent product, but the thing that sets Starbucks apart from the competition, is their people.
I had the pleasure to work with a person by the name of Sophie, it was a quick interaction, but a pleasant one. She not only gave me a great suggestion on PSL and a Blueberry Muffin (Yes I am basic, so sue me! lol). But the part that was very kind was that she went out of her way to bring me the muffin when it was done. It was a simple act, but with the week I have had with my phone needing to be fixed(why I am in the area), car repairs and everything else that comes with life, that simple act was very much needed.
So thank you Sophie, sincerely.
And for anyone else reading this, do yourself a favor and get to this Starbucks, whether needing to study, work or just relax, this is the place to be. I will see you there!

This location is very convenient for me, but it’s rare to get a cup of coffee that is actually hot and not lukewarm. I just stopped by hoping that it would be hot this time, but it’s not. The newer one in upper Marlboro is much better.

Today August 21 2024 I went to Starbucks in Brandywine crossing in Brandywine Maryland for my pregnant wife. She wanted a caramel frappe Extra caramel, decaf coffee, oat-milk, with whip cream on top. I get the order and when she is almost done she finds an eyelash in the bottom of the drink.

Love my neighborhood, SB!!! I feel like Norm from Cheers as the staff knows my name (or I order way too much) LOL!!!! The place is clean and the staff gives excellent customer service!!!

They Messed up my order I asked that it be corrected, He took the drinks and said they were corrected they were still wrong, I been trying to get a refund and it’s a hassle. Won’t go this location ever again!

Starbucks is my fav. They are top tier with the pickup. I loveeee that I don't have to stand in any line when I do pick up. They always have my order right and hot!!! I LOVE their dragonfruit mango refresher!!!!!! I even have my mom and my neice hooked on them!
Brandywine, MD Starbucks morning crew is consistently untouchable. I visit this location many times throughout the week and they always exceed my expectations. Top tier teamwork and atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I’m moving soon and this location will be missed!

This past Saturday I had the best experience at this location. I placed a mobile order and they were super busy but as soon as I walked in Lae greeted me, asked my name and made my drink immediately. Best drink I’ve had at this location yet and exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

After waiting in line, several minutes, another customer was allowed to order ahead of me, and then the barista proceeded to walk away without even acknowledging me to take my order. I ended up just leaving. Larger guy with glasses horribly rude!!!
