I tried to get my check in code and app kept saying try again. It showed my rewards, menu etc. I explained this to the person and they said they couldn't help me if I could pull around again because it was on a timer. So I didn't order for my entire family. I just got a classic luxe box. I was told that I could scan my receipt but guess what it didn't give me a receipt. I say it because it was not personal like a robot. This is the worst customer service I ever received anywhere.

Was pleasantly surprised how good the chicken nuggets are.
Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest felt cleaner before entering.
When ordering food you might as well go through the drive threw window. If you dine in you can only use the machines to intake order. For some this maybe a convenience but not all. I ended up leaving and not ordering because I couldn’t find what I normally get.
