I partook in a pop-up here that was being held on the upper floor. Sadly, I found that the owner and/or the manager gave NO ATTENTION to the pop-up. It was not promoted in any way. No sign outside letting passersby know to pop in. I have done many pop-ups, and the location has always partook in assisting with promotion. So that got me to thinking, I wonder if that's just not something the facility does... BUT aht aht, they do. I spoke with some of the tenants, and they say they host pop ups here often, and they promote heavy. Well, I can't help but wonder why it was different for our host and event. It was sad and disheartening. But I'll be giving zero props this location and will post on all my social media platforms of my disdain for this location. DONT HOST YOUR EVENT HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK. IT WILL NOT BE PROMOTED...

Our event was made all the better because of the venue. It was such a vibe being there. The young adults of our group really loved the atmosphere and having a kids corner was an absolute plus. Loved, loved, loved miXt Food Hall.

Quiet day, La Michoacana Mexican food (Taco Tuesday), main bar, Relish store were open. MushDC was closed. Few people mostly in & out. Lots of available seats/tables, big screen (silent) TVs, local artists exhibit on walls and support pillars, as well as an art gallery on the upper loft area. A schedule of regular artistic, social and community events worth experiencing. A pleasant place to hang out!

Did you know Mixt has a great event space in their art gallery upstairs? The rental fee is 75/hour, but that fee can go towards food from any of the vendors. No more paying for food on top of paying for an event space! The event manager was super easy to work with, and we had tacos, mocktails, sliders, and drink tickets all ready to go for us when the event started. We were table to set up a bean bag toss and a hot wheels race area for kiddos, and they even put on the Olympics for us. This is such a great space and makes having events so accessible-- especially the drink ticket model and variety of foods available. Thanks, Mixt! We will definitely plan more events here in the future.
Kid-friendliness: The space has a kids level table, kids toys, and was great for a kids birthday party.

Went for trivia night! That was interesting Thursday evening. A good wholesome time. The questions were hard. I would love a themed trivia night! I been before when spice kitchen was there, it’s no longer there since they have expanded! The vegan spot has great food.

Came here for the first time on a Wednesday for lunch. There are 4 different places to eat along with a small shop. Tried the chai latte and regular latte which my husband said was really good. The chai was not bad. Tasted mostly like milk. We tried out Mush. My tenders were really good, crispy and flavorful. My husband's sandwich was their version of a Philly cheese steak and he enjoyed it as well. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was nice.
