We came to this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this place. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were extremely nice and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Keep it up.

Stoney's has the best crab cakes around, terrific cocktails and the beautiful location is worth the two-hour trip. We were so bummed out that they were closed this September, as it is our usual multi-birthday celebration destination. We very much hope they will weather this storm, like they have so many before, and reopen next year. You are missed!

This place simply knows how to serve their clients. Consistently with a very welcoming attitude. The food is conveniently priced, constantly tasty and clean.

We used to be regular customers to the Clarke’s landing location. The most recent experience left us very concerned. We picked our food up to take home. Upon opening the containers my sandwich was burnt completely on the underside and my wife’s bites were heavily seasoned with old bay just on the top layer. The manager did apologize for this and then informed me my credit card was turned in. She told me kindly that she would leave it behind the bar. Upon picking it up I w

Polite staff. Nice view of the water. You can sit indoors and outdoors. But I wasn’t a fan of the crab cake club sandwich. I tasted more of the filler than crab meat. I did see lump pieces of crab but there was no flavor.

I used to come here all the time. We’d drive here by boat. The food is really good and the staff is so friendly.

I love this place. Great local food on the Patuxent River. Fabulous place to hang out in summer. You have to try their orange crush.

Currently closed. Tried to go on Sunday 23 February 2020. Heard good things. Hoping to try it out when they are open. Looks like a nice place on the water. Plenty of out side seating.

Our favorite restaurant in southern MD since we moved to Calvert County more that 20 yrs ago. Crab cakes, crab cakes, crab capes. Service almost always good enough, but don't go an weekends when you're in a hurry (DUH) plenty of tables for big parties. Very sad to say, since around 2016 or 2017, it's been downhill. Both the food and the service have been suffering, in important ways, across the board: from superb to mediocre crab cakes, to "we're out of cole slaw." How does a crab shack run out of cole slaw??? It's a symptom: slack management, slack management, slack management. Hope the Stones, or whoever, wake up and fly right again.

I hate to pile on, but the long waits for service and average food quality are not bringing me back. Great place to visit by boat and awesome décor, but we sat for 20 mins and didn't get a server after asking twice. Long wait for food too.

The imperial crab dish was great! Service was friendly and pretty good. I will certainly visit Stoney's next time I am in the area.
