The order wasn’t even what I ordered. The manager was not friendly at all. Never will purchase anything from them ever again!

First time trying Ethiopian food, at the recommendation of the employee working at the time, I ordered the meat & veggie sampler and thought it was fantastic. Opted for the spicy option and although hot, was not by any means unbearable. Food took around 30 minutes to come out but otherwise service and experience was fantastic.

Food was AMAZING! I ordered the 3 different sambusas and they were so fresh and I also got beef tibs, everything was so delicious and fresh, can’t wait to try more!

This is the only Ethiopian restaurant I have been to where you have to pay in advance to sit and eat other than that the food was good

Small, Ethiopian eatery with eat-in and carryout options. Food is authentic, spectacular, and reasonably priced. Don't let the strip mall location fool you. This is a great spot for Ethiopian cuisine.

This is my absolute favorite Ethiopian restaurant in the DMV. I typically eat here 2-3 times a month. I’m basically addicted to their food.

I usually order the lamb tibs, vegetarian platter and chicken/ beef sambusas. I’ve tried their doro wot and tilapia tibs and they were also delicious. You honestly cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. The dishes are so flavorful, fresh and healthy. Also, the family that runs the business it so sweet and they have the best customer service. I always look forward to going to Ahadu.

I moved close to Ahadu Ethiopian and started coming here almost a year and a half ago. I really enjoyed the food and have been a regular customer since then. Recently the prices for the same meals have gone up and the service and the quality have declined. Recently called to place an order and had to call 5x because no one was answering the phone.
