The ice cream was great. The service was not as good. The young staff seemed overwhelmed and uneasy answering even simple questions. On the upside,I was with my daughter and the staff person was very patient and generous giving her samples she should come to a decision on her cone - which she loved. And the sugar cones are delicious as always!

Clean place and service is excellent

BR has my favorite Ice-cream on earth, Their Rocky Road is The Best ?. There are better Ice-cream places but BR will be special because that's where my parents would for a treat, usually Sunday nights. This place is super clean. The staff very friendly. There's not a huge selection of donuts, considering it's also a Dunkin Donuts. Great Coffee and Drinks!

Terrible attitudes especially with the woman Indian manager. The bacon is never cooked properly and they serve it raw and when you return it and ask them to cook it they look at you like you said something wrong. Also they dumped old ice cream into a new container which the old ice cream had been thawed and look terrible yet they won't open a new one and wants you to eat the old instead.
They wear the same gloves over and over again and never change them. Very unsanitary. So many problems in this store. Don't buy anything there unless you want to get sick.

Love going here but I wish you guys were strict on hair nets I was eating my strawberry ice cream when I saw a hair in it.. please do better on making sure no hair goes into people foods or ice cream it’s very unsanitary :( one thing I hate is finding hair in my food or ice cream. Like I’m scared to finish my ice cream cup afraid to find more hair in it , Makes me want throw up. Hopefully the next time I come your staff wears hairnets or y’all come up with a solution

We ordered cake from here and they did an amazing job. Even the cake that we chose was not in their catalog they customized it for us.

Attitudes of the workers are horrible. They wouldn't accept coupons from the app. They under scoop the ice cream. Too bad there aren't other locations.

This is a BR/DD combo store. Bigger than a typical DD.

They never restock and are always sold out od donuts by afternoon. Call them before you go if you ever go.

Staff is very nice.

I've been here a couple different times and have always enjoyed the service. As with any Baskin Robbins it is on the pricey side for just an ice cream chain. But the employees were nice and professional. I would go here again.
