Tried their weekend buffet and was quite impressed! They offer a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers and main courses. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The standout was definitely the Pudina Chicken — juicy, well-marinated, and full of flavor. We also enjoyed classic Indian street food like Pani Puri, which added a fun and nostalgic touch. The highlight, however, was ending the meal with a hot cup of chai and soft, buttery bun maska — a perfect finish to a satisfying buffet experience. Would definitely recommend for a weekend outing!, Ambiance is great.

My wife and I discovered Biryani Joint a few months ago. Since then we have dined here many times. The biryaniis, korma, chicken tikka masala, and tandoori chicken have all been excellent. Frankly everything has been wonderful. The owner is very friendly and you are likely to meet the whole family. We recommend Biryani Joint very, very highly. It is the best Indian restaurant we have tried in the area.

I recently had an amazing experience with some truly flavorful food! 😋 The dishes were bursting with incredible tastes, and I couldn't get enough of each bite. From the appetizers to the main course, every item was a culinary delight that left me wanting more.🤩 Moreover, the service was absolutely fantastic, with attentive staff who catered to every need.👏 I highly recommend checking out this place for a memorable dining experience; must try goat ghee roast biryani, goat pepper fry, you won't be disappointed!💯 #foodie #delicious #foodlover #greatservice #culinarydelights

We went for dinner at the restaurant. Some food items were good and others were ok. I think they should hire more people as there was only one lady who was taking in person orders and also had lot of pick up orders so there was a long wait for everything. There was also a group that came by and left after 10 min as no one greeted them. They should definitely hire more people as waiting for long time is frustrating and it is a bad experience for customers to wait for long time to be greeted and seated. As for food, I think the biryani is good and the vegetable curry is good but manchurian items were okay. Also, there was a baby crying most of the time. Overall, they need to definitely make improvements on the service.

Ordered a few biryanies for a party I hosted this weekend, the customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend them.

Had stopped by this place during a long drive. We ordered 4 biryanis and each one was excellent. The cooker biryani, in particular, was simply outstanding – truly captured the authentic Hyderabadi flavours. Highly recommended place.

I live in Burtonsville and used to get my Indian food from another spot that unfortunately closed, so I decided to give Biryani Joint Indian Cuisine a try. Honestly, I felt like I had to settle. The food was okay — it wasn’t bad — but it just didn’t have that same flavor or experience I was used to. It was good, but not quite it, you know?

Biryani Joint is a haven for Indian food lovers, offering a delightful spread of flavorful biryanis, rich curries, and mouthwatering starters. Their Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is a standout, packed with aromatic spices and tender meat, while the Chicken 65 makes for a perfect crispy, spicy appetizer. The Butter Chicken and Gongura Mutton Curry are indulgent, pairing beautifully with buttery naan. To round off the meal, the Double Ka Meetha and Gulab Jamun provide the perfect sweet ending. With its authentic flavors, generous portions, and welcoming ambiance, Biryani Joint is a must-visit for a true taste of Indian cuisine.

Food is excellent. Only dish I would say do without is their butter chicken. Otherwise, best Indian food I have ever had.

There food quality seems to be decent but service is really poor. I have picked up from here 3 times every time the food wasn't ready upon arrival and they took 20 additional minutes for making it ready. Last time I picked up they just ignored my order as they had a big order in front of me. After that I have just ignored this place. Zero for service!

We have been going here for the past 2 years and every time it was absolutely great . In fact, we even ordered catering several times for our office events. My department liked the food so much that the next couple of office events, we went with Biryani joint. Hands down the best biryani you can get in the DMV area. A colleague of mine came from San Francisco and I took them here. He was absolutely amazed by the biryani taste. Some good dishes to try are hariyali kofta, paneer majestic. In biryanis, take anything with gongura in it. You will not regret.
